Ijskoud en geen WiFi
Bij aankomst was de airco kapot. Kamer dus ijskoud. Verwarming deed het ook niet. Hierdoor flink verkouden geworden door in een koude kamer te slapen, waar slecht een dun dekentje aanwezig was.
WiFi was heel slecht. Nooit meer dan een streepje, soms ook helemaal niets.
Host die me ook negeerde op een gegeven moment via de app.
Check in was heel onduidelijk, niet fijn.
Schoonmaakster wel aardig en kamer was schoon.

We had no pillow cases, the wifi didn’t work for the entire time and we were literally facing the freeway. Little to no communication with property owner and a disappointing stay in Rome.
