OK but no OK

Location was fantastic, cleanliness they can improve, Service you call no body answer, we stay 6 days they clean once, no paper towels no tissue, kitchen utensil very poor old and bad conditions, no one give you instruction, we leave earlier 7 am, did not see one breakfast,

En realidad no es un Hotel, sino un Bed & Breakfast, una especie de hostal, más para mochileros que para familias. Un poco desilusionada por el trato. No está abierto, sino hasta la hora que te indica la reserva, no aceptan pago con tarjeta de crédito, ni te dan factura... Un poco raro todo

Zimmer ausreichend

Der Check in verlief reibungslos. Anbieter kann jedoch kein Englisch, was aber kein Problem darstellte. Zimmer war auch in Ordnung, bei der Dusche im blauen Zimmer fehlte eine Duschwand. Für low budget Reisen genau das richtige.

Absolute Katastrophe

Also ich war schon in vielen Ländern dieser Welt aber so schlechte Zimmer hatte ich bisher noch nie. Kein Hinweis wo genau sich dieses Hotel in diesem mehrstöckigen Häuserviertel befindet. Da steht eine Telefonnummer auf einem Schild, welche man wahrscheinlich anrufen muss??? Nach dem drücken der Hausklingel verzweifelte Suche in welchem Gebäudeteil und welcher Etage das ist. Dann mit einem uralten zwei Personenfahrstuhl bis in den 5. Stock. Die dort anwesende Putzfrau hat dann irgend jemand angerufen. Eine weitere Frau erschien und hat uns dann zwei Straßen in ein anderes Gebäude/Hotel geführt. Dort das böse Erwachen mit zwei völlig unterschiedlich großen zugewiesenen Zimmern. Eines schien eine umgebaute Abstellkammer zu sein, weder Kleiderschrank noch Bügel für die Sachen und halb so groß als das andere Zimmer. Nach Reklamation und mehreren Telefonaten der zweiten Frau erschien dann wohl der Manager und führte uns total genervt wieder in das erste Gebäude zurück. Die dortigen Zimmer waren auch nicht besser aber wenigsten gleich groß. In einem fehlte ein Spiegel, im anderen war keine Tür an der Dusche und die Steckdose im Bad funktionierte nicht. Handtücher wurden vom Boden wieder aufgehängt und geputzt wurde auch nicht richtig. Wir hatten zwar dummerweise mit Frühstück gebucht aber haben freiwillig darauf verzichtet. Auf gar keinen Fall zu empfehlen!!!
