If you’re looking for a stay with a residential feel, this is a great place to stay. Very convenient to get to from the train and within walking distance to all monuments. I loved the key pad entry to the room and building, staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and convenient, excellent value.

Sparse but clean and comfortable, excellent value for the price. Somewhat noisy neighborhood at night, but we were prepared for this since it was so close to the city center. Reception was only open for 3 hours daily, but it was easy to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp so nothing to complain about there. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We arrived late at night but were provided with the codes to access our room beforehand - very convenient! Many good restaurants in the neighborhood, supermarket and metro was only a five minute walk away. Termini central station fairly close by as well. No breakfast provided, but this was no issue as the neighborhood is full of mini-marts and there was a small refrigerator in our room.

I recommend a stay here if you are someone who wants a clean and quiet place to stay. There was minimal fuss and is walkable to Roma Termini Station. Staff were friendly and helpful when I needed anything. I would recommend a stay here.

L’esperienza al bonton non è stata delle migliori, la reception era chiusa . La pulizia della camera pessima, le lenzuola piene di sangue.. non ci hanno fatto trovare asciugamani puliti per ogni giorno ma sempre gli stessi. E dicevano colazione compresa ma invece ti metteva in stanza delle bustine di the e caffè.

Solid hotel below the surface

When you first arrive you'll likely think the hotel was a bad choice (Based on surface condition) but once you get settled it's actually a very comfortable hotel. Bed was supreme. Balcony was a great relief with cool breeze and view. Hotel was whisper quiet the whole time I was there even though it was fully booked! Wifi is good. It's a budget hotel so no frills here. The only thing that kind of bothered me was they never cleaned the tea mugs after use or refilled the tea bags, even though I stayed 3 nights. Location is average for price not to close, but still walking distance to most sights.

Hotel situé à 10 min à pieds de la gare. Des restaurants à proximité . Le quartier n a aucun charme. L hotel est très propre, le personnel à votre écoute. Par contre aucune isolation phonique. À 8h le matin tout le monde entend l accueil, les entrées les sorties, les douches des voisins...
