The staff members we met were lovely and helpful. The room was just the right size and very clean. Check in was a little difficult, but the area was very convient to get to and catch public transport around. The little musuem across the road was excellent.
Check-in process was a little awkward, requiring granted access through multiple doors. However, staff were friendly and living quarters were newly renovated, comfortable, and spacious for family of four
Top option between Rom Termini & Galleria Borghese
Everything was great but the staff really exceeded our expectations. They always accommodated our requests, no matter how demanding we were. Comfortable bed, great shower and excellent location, close to multiple top local restaurants. I would definitely recommend!
It was really nice. Easy check in and check out. Seemed like a safe area too. Not exactly close to all things you would want to do but that made it quiet and the street was lovely. Lots of trees. It’s walkable if you don’t mind walking a lot. Otherwise I would hop on the city transportation. Some good restaurants in the neighborhood.
The property was very accessible, the staff was always kind and helpful which made the overall experience very pleasant. We got a room with a king bed and it was the most comfortable ever! Would come back!
Nice neighborhood, elegant room. Easy check in, even though the reception is only open at limited hours. A convenient supermarket just a few walk away from the hotel.
Safe area and well located, walking distance to Barberini area. Nice room. The AC didn't work properly so the room was hot. Though there's a window, there's no screens to prevent bugs or birds from getting in.
Cute hotel, and really enjoyed our stay here. Only complaint is that shower needs to be cleaned better. Other than that the room and the rest of the bathroom was very clean.
Nice hotel, very clean and staff is very kind and helpful. You can walk to almost everything. The only annoying thing is that you can hear easily people in other rooms. Bring some ear plugs.
This was a fabulous stay for the price we paid, except that when we booked, it said we'd have free breakfasts, which ended up not being included. Other than that, the place was clean, comfortable, spacious and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that was walking distance from many of the main tourist sites in Rome.

Pros - Room is clean, area is safe, quiet, good options for dining, walkable to many view points - Trevi fountain, spanish steps, near to Roma termini train station for easy commute.
Cons - Getting in is tricky, no reception present for check-in, Hot water not working , AC working intermittently.
We were traveling with a family of 4 adults so this place was perfect as it had a large bed in 1 room and 2 doubles in another room. Once I got in touch with them and got their WhatsApp number, it was easy to communicate via text. They offered to arrange a taxi from Rome airport, for a fee and we agreed as it was convenient for us. The location is a bit out of the way but still walkable. There was a small grocery store 2 doors down which was very convenient. Would highly recommend this place.
Great place. Clean and on a hot Roman day the AC worked great. Had a view of the street below. Convenient market down below. Refrigerator in room. Coffee in the common areas. The lady that worked there was extremely helpful. We were able to leave our luggage on checkout day and pick it up later. Great restaurants nearby. Quick walk to the Spanish steps.

This hotel is very old (hey - it's Europe) but in great condition. It's a bit hard to navigate with the outer courtyard doors, inner doors, and the flight of stairs to reception. There is a lift, but it's tiny. The woman working reception was pleasant, but had limited English. She seemed most concerned that I knew I had to pay the nightly tax at checkout.
The room was clean and neat, but quite small. The bathroom was very nice and had an excellent shower. The hotel is well-situated, with in walking distance of The Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese park, and lots of restaurants and cafes. The walk from the train station was about 25 minutes, and is tough with luggage. The walks are not all in the best states of repair. It's a pretty quick taxi ride, so I'd recommend taking a cab from Roma Termini station.
