I loved staying here. The location was ideal and the staff was accomodating. The rooms are very quiet and well apportioned with excellent linen and bathroom facilities. A real calm in the wonderful "storm" that is Rome.

Great staff and cleaning service. very clean rooms. We were in the 2 bedroom + loft with the terrace and hot tub. Kids loved the room, it was very spacious. It is also a great location, next to Trevi, pantheon, Spanish steps and so many restaurants. Most tourist spots are walkable

Casa Guttmann is in right location near the tourist spots in Centro Storica. We feel safe and secured in this place. Our room is so clean each day of the entire stay. All staff are so friendly and very accomodating with superb hospitality. Special mention to the ladies Princess and Dianne at the front desk and likewise the cleaning lady who are excellent in redering their service. The manager is so kind to assist us. Highly recommended. Two thumbs up!👍👍

Casa Guttmann is in an excellent location - it’s so close to many of the things we wanted to see as well as restaurants and shopping. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Princess was especially helpful when we arrived and when we needed assistance. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Rome in the future.

My check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room type I had reserved and prepaid for would not include access to the second bedroom because there were only two guests listed on the reservation. This made little sense, as I specifically booked and paid for a two-bedroom suite with two king beds so that each guest would have their own room and bed. Rather than proactively resolving the issue, I was told I would need to pay an additional fee to access the second bedroom. After a long day of travel, this was both frustrating and unnecessary. The matter was not properly addressed until I firmly requested to speak with a manager and made it clear that I would dispute the charges if the accommodations I reserved were not honored. Only then was the situation rectified. Guests should not have to escalate concerns in order to receive what they have already paid for. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive. The layout was thoughtfully designed, and the flow of the space made it easy to relax, unpack, and settle in immediately. The bedroom areas offered privacy and stunning views of Rome’s skyline. The upstairs seating area was inviting and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The suite was spotless, and the hotel’s location was ideal—conveniently close to transportation, dining, and major attractions. Overall, despite the rocky start, the stay met my expectations.
