Agnes was very rude about the rooms. I purchased a room online and was given a different room. When telling Agnes about this, she was not cooperative at all. This was a terrible experience. I would not recommend staying here.

It’s Okay

It’s in a neighborhood that’s local so not too bad. A tad sketchy, but as long as you’re in daytime it should be fine. Very close to train station like 3 - 6minutes walk but at night the noise is insane so if you have very light sleep be careful. The AC isn’t that cold so if you’re from anerica lol have lower expectation. No reception to give you keys it’s self check in which I don’t mind. It’s definitely not a true B&B it’s more like an Airbnb as the breakfast is not really a breakfast. You have to go across the street to a cafeteria and you’re only allowed for 1 coffee 1 croissant and 3 cookies. The people that work there were a little bit surprised when we asked. I don’t eat sweets for breakfast so for me that was a waste of money. They don’t even give you any of the above unless you ask for it. The building is residential so with a baby I was very worried. I recommend to stay closer to Termini if you are on a budget than Ostiense. I could possibly stay in Ostiense again but just to explore the more local areas Overall if you’re single and don’t mind noise and no cold AC it’s ok for the price. If you’re a family not the best spot because you will struggle a lot with the stroller.

La chambre était propre mais la décoration vieillit mal. La salle de bain n’étais pas si propre et l’odeur d’égout n’est vraiment pas agréable. Le petit déjeuné est bon mais un peu décevant car trop peu, un croissant bon mais les biscuits par contre non.

Zimmer sehr klein. Kleine Betten 80x160 cm und dazu noch unbequem. Extrem laut durch Straße und Zug, trotz 10 Stock. Ausblick und Umgebung ganz nett, gibt einiges zum Essen. Strecke zum Kolosseum kann man laufen unser Zug zum Flughafen fährt um die Ecke. Frühstück findet um die Ecke in einem Café statt, die Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt durch die Gutschein. Kaffee/ Tee und ein Croissant. Da erwarte ich selbst bei einem B&B ein wenig mehr Auswahl. Kaputter Klodeckel wurde nicht innerhalb von 2 repariert, am Ende hatten wir gar keinen mehr. Alles in allem eher enttäuschend und würde ich nicht mehr buchen.

A 10 minutos del centro de Roma en auto y 25 min del FCO, facil ubicación, estacionamiento gratis en las noches sobre la calle, bonita habitacion dentro de un departamento cuenta con solo 3 habitaciones, la mía tenía baño propio una cama matrimonial y una individual, blancon con vista s la ciudad, pasa el tren pero no es ruidoso, descansamos bien, te incluye cortesia en un restaurante cercano de cafe y pan, es un lindo detalle u el personal del restaurante es muy amable, la anfitriona de este hospedaje fue muy atenta y amable, respondio mis dudas en todo momento la comunicación fue muy directa y clara, el ingreso y salida al hospedaje es muy práctico. Leider ist die Bahn und die Straße ziemlich laut, auch gibt es keinen Zimmerservice (ist ja auch kein Hotel) und Frühstück erst nach 8 Uhr geht leider gar nicht (ist für Business leider gar nicht nicht nutzbar). TV ist mir zwar gar nicht wichtig (habe ich auch nicht eingeschalten), aber mein PC-Monitor ist deutlich größer.

Nem indtjekning hvor alt kommunikation foregik pr mail/sms. Godt værelse på 10 etage med fantastisk udsigt over Rom. Værelset ligger i gå afstand til mange af de store seværdigheder som Rom kan tilbyde. Lækkert at der er morgenmad med i prisen. Ikke noget vildt, men en croissant og kaffe er altid godt at starte dagen på. Mange spisestedet i området at vælge i mellem. Så alt i alt et kanon overnatningssted som 100% kan anbefales fra os👍

Lugar tipo residência, sem recepção ou alguém para receber. Não constava informação de andar, com quem falar. Uma Senhora me ajudou em partes e nem ela sabia algo a respeito. Die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers hat leider etwas zu Wünschen übrig gelassen. Ansonsten eine schlichte, aber ordentliche Unterkunft, mit sehr guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Aufgrund einiger Baustellen im Umkreis, war der Lärmpegel trotz 10. Etage leider recht hoch. Wenn man jedoch den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und nur zum Schlafen in der Unterkunft, lässt es sich gut aushalten. Wer sich auf ein kontinetales Frühstück freut, wird heir leider enttäuscht. Das Frühstück wird in einem nahegelegenen Café serviert und besteht aus einem Kaffee/Cappuccino, einem Croissant und Cookies.

이 숙소는 체크인데스크가 없어서 셀프체크를 해야하는데 이메일로 응답이 빠르고 친절히 설명해주셔서 좋았습니다. 다만 현관문을 열때 사용하는 리모콘 키를 작동하기 어려웠습니다. 그리고 테라스에 시티뷰가 보여서 아름다웠고 요즘날씨에는 밤에 자기 살짝 춥습니다. 테라스로 나가는 창문이 밖에서는 잡을수 있는 손잡이가 없어 닫을수 없습니다. 로마메인에서 살짝 거리가 있지만 그만큼 현지인들이 많이 사는거 같고 모두들 친절히 대해주셔서 감사하고 기분이 좋았습니다. 감사합니다 Happy to italy trip!

A very nice B&B, very comfortable! The location is a bit off the city center but just 2 stations away by metro from the Coliseo and easy to get to FCO airport by train. It's a quite residential area, full of nice and good coffee shops, pizzerias and trendy restaurants .... away from the classic spots (and sometimes tourist traps) in downtown Roma.

Great stay

Very friendly and helpful owners of the b&b. Very comfortable and sone great olaces around to have pizza and ice cream. Close to trains and ciampino airport. B&b is on 10th floor with a nice view. Our bathroom was in the hall but it wasn't a big problem for us. Very clean and looked after. Handy guide around rome made from the owners. Breakfast included was a croissant with a coffe in lively restaurant just minute away from b&b. Missing Rome already

Lovely stay

Lovely cosy room in B&B. Bed is comfortable and great balcony. Our host Agnes was very lovely and super helpful. Check out was at 11 but she let us keep our bags there till 5 so we weren’t carrying them around Rome all day. The cafe she gives you vouchers for is lovely, you get a hot drink and a croissant ☺️ Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Agnes!
