Un plutôt bon rapport qualité/prix
Nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans ce petit Bed & Breakfast. Le quartier est un peu excentré (1h à pied du centre) mais est très charmant, plus calme, assez chic et agréable avec de beaux immeubles dotés de belles cours intérieures pleines de verdure. Le métro est à 5-10 minutes de marche et il y a de nombreux bus à proximité.
La chambre était tout a fait correcte, propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner se fait entre 8h et 10h.
Paolo est très sympathique, accueillant et serviable. Il nous a donné de nombreux conseils et de bonnes adresses.
Voici les quelques points négatifs:
- Taxe de séjour : nous n'étions pas au courant de cette taxe qui nous a été facturée 3.5 euros / personne et par nuit.
- Taxe de nuit : 5 euros par heure après 20h.
- Dépôt de bagage payant : première heure gratuite puis 3 euros par bagage par heure.
En sommes, nous avions choisi cet établissement pour son faible coût mais nous avons dû ajouter 53 euros pour tous les frais supplémentaires mentionnés ci-dessus. En outre, le petit déjeuner est très basique : biscotte, thé/café, pâtisseries de supermarché sous plastique.
