The Staff is very helpful but the room does't look like the pictures, is right next to a alley and you can here loud sound of screeming and running on It. Plus I Saw people wait on the corner to harass people the go through.

The location is top and unbeatable. Everything is in walking distance, Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiore, Pantheon, shopping areas, tons of restaurants and cafes AND - super rare for Rome - it is QUIET. Beds are great and new. The place could definitely need some beautifying but than all you do there is sleep, so it was no big deal for us. Anna provided excellent service and jumped on any request we had including airport transfers. We stayed in room 503 as a family of 3 and it worked very well

Almost good

Location was great and communication when we were at the hotel was good. There is no reception or people at the ‘hotel’ present so check-in and communication was difficult before arriving. There was a power outage which wasn’t ideal and no one from the hotel there, so I had to let local electricians in after checking fuse boxes myself. The room itself was fine so tbh daily cleaning. Has the potential to be great.

This room is in a great location near many popular attractions and in an area with lots of shops and restaurants. I recommend the restaurant right by the entrance and the bakery/coffee shop few doors in the opposite direction. They are both run by the same beautiful lady. Her staff is excellent, and they don’t play any tourist tricks on you. The streets outside have a lively atmosphere at night to say the least. Room 502 is fairly quiet despite the noise outside. A cab is less expensive than the hotel’s shuttle partner and always available. The shuttle service cancelled on us due to our flight being delayed. We were given room 502. The pictures on Expedia are from 8 years ago. The room is a little rougher than the pictures show. It looks like it is being refreshed little at a time, but it really could use some repairs now. The shower is good with adequate pressure. The bed is a little hard but similar to other hotel beds I have experienced in Europe. The room has working air conditioning. You will probably never see the owner; however, they communicate well by text. They will send you a couple of videos showing how to get in. It’s not difficult, but if you have ANY problems, just watch the video. Inside you will find a narrow winding staircase that goes up to the rooms. There is no elevator. The stairs were not a problem for me, but they may be an issue for some. If you are young and healthy, you won’t have a problem, and you will enjoy the location.

1. No onsite reception, rely on WhatsApp communication between Customer Service and guests. However, such communication was poor and unattentive! 2. No housekeep service for a 5 nights stay! 3. Shower stall does not drain properly! 4. Toilet does not flush properly! 5. Digital safe lock was out of order! 6. TV remote has batteries! 7. No English TV channels provided! 8. Amenities were not prepared properly, opened/used mini bottles provided! 9. Excellent Location surrounded by many dining options!

Disappointing Stay

This was the most disappointing accommodation i have ever booked, 5 nights, the photos of the rooms are from years ago and it old !!!!!! lots of repairs needed. The TV didn't work, after asking about it a number of times and was told it would be looked at? it wasn't until the 4th day I was told the last renter stole the remote for Netflix's. it took four days to replace the bed linen and clean and i had to ask.

This place is terrible , I wish I could say differently. The location is fantastic but everything else is a 2 star at best. Mold in the shower, no amenities as listed. No front desk , you can only communicate through WHATSAPP, no laundry as indicated which is a big deal considering many people only travel with carry-on now and wash clothes along the way. When I asked about it I was told it’s not on site and given a website with an address. The mattresses are like sleeping on plywood. The pics make the place look bright and fresh….its NOT, it’s dark and dingy. There are dozens of hotels and AIRBNB’s in the area….pick one of those and stay away from this one.

I think my rating is pretty objective without any feelings. First off,the location is the best. It is steps from Piazza Novana and other attractions. There are plenty of restaurants around the area and literally downstairs from the suite ( excellent btw). So it is very walkable and the bus and cab stops are a short walk away. The condition of the suite can be better. You can tell at one point this was a magnificent place. They just don't seem to care anymore. Just little things like fixing the toilet paper dispenser and painting the walls and changing some bulbs can make a real big difference. Other than that, bed in the master was good, the secondary bed was not bad either as per my friend. The air conditioning could be better and only reached the master bedroom but not the living room. Shower and toilet worked well. They provided shower gel and shampoo. I think they cleaned the room daily but we just had our towels changed. All the communication is by WhatsApp which was fine. Overall, it was fine to stay and sleep. Might consider even renting again if we go to Rome again as the price vs area can't be beat.

I would never stay here again. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. Its like sleeping on a plank of wood. The access into the unit was shady. It sometimes worked and sometimes didnt. The unit was something that was put together last minute. The air conditioner didnt work and the shower needs TLC. They are receptive via whatsapp but its not enough. The TV didn't work. I think save your money and stay elsewhere.

Photos didn’t reflect the actuality of the suite,, the shower and bathroom window were both moldy, there was dried blood on the mattress. There was no 24 hour desk,or laundry facilities as indicated on the website, the “coffee bar” was extremely misleading. I do not recommend this accomadation.

Location is awesome. Period.

The only thing I liked was the location, which is awesome. But, there's no 24 hour front desk, in fact there's no front desk at all. The double bed didn't really fit and for that reason my husbands side of the bed didn't have a nightstand. The shower area, which is really tight didn't even have a shelf or anything where to put the shampoo or soap, the shower courtain would stick to your back while you showered. On our last night in Rome we stayed at a nearby bed and breakfast which had a much better price, and was so much nicer. I wouldn't go back to this hotel unless there was nothing else available, which somehow is what happened to us, as we booked just one month in advance.

Great central location for couple days

We were met by a very helpful young gentleman that checked us in and gave us a map. He also highlighted beat areas to visit and for meals etc. You can get free tea/coffee from machine in hall..... nice touch. Room was nice. Not huge but ok for my husband and I and our 3 year old. Could do with a few more utensils etc as only one mug available for 3 of us! Best part of stay was location. Central to everything. We walked for no more than around 20/25 mins to everything, inlcuding trevi etc which was only 5 mins away. Avoid tourist areas for food. Ridiculously expensive. We were offered a little later check out which we didnt need as were out making most of last couple hours but I'm sure would've been helpful for those with late flights. Really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

The location is excellent and the value is terrific, compared to other places that have much higher per night costs. The gentleman that runs the front desk is very kind and did a great job making up our room each day. We felt safe at night and appreciate the property arranging a taxi to the airport for us. However, this property has gone way downhill since the online photos were taken. The shower is awful (old and cracked and rusty), the bathroom floor has visible caked on dirt, the A/C barely works to keep the sleeping room cool enough to sleep if you use the fan and keep the door closed to the kitchen and bathroom area (those areas are stifling hot). The walls are dirty with peeling decorations. The bunk bed in the room is falling apart with bent pieces. It needs a good remodel and spruce up as it has gone downhill. We were happy to check out when it was time.

We had been in Italy for 3 weeks and this was the worst place we stayed at, we were there 3 nights. The pictures are misleading, everything is shabby, curtains, decorative pillows. Pillows are stained, the comforter a disposable one, falling apart. The shower was the worst with the water backing up, no place to put a bar of soap while you showered, the grate in the shower was filled with hair. The door to the bathroom is broken, you can’t close the door.The lights were all dim with several not working. The big problem was the air conditioning did not work, it was 80 degrees in the room at night, and the windows have to be closed because it is a busy street with 3 restaurants, one directly below the property. The area is great but very noisy, music blasting and noise all night long. The last night we were there only 2 lights worked, the bathroom and one on the desk. Our biggest mistake was we should have left the minute we got there. The housekeeper was very nice and did the best he could with the run down rooms he had to clean.

Lack of maintenance

Superior Double Room 501 comments. Other rooms may be better. Good points. a. Housekeeping every day. b. Free coffee c. Excellent Location surrounded by many dining options. d. Street view from 2 sides as it is a corner room. Bad points 1. Toilet does not flush properly (housekeeping flushed it with a bucket) 2. Shower tray does not drain properly 3. Noisy due to the bars close by. 4. Videos showing how to access the property only arrived at the last minute when I had no data. 5. Digital safe lock has flat batteries. 6. TV remote doesn’t work. 7. No shampoo 8. No spare toilet rolls. 9. Broken mirror with sharp edges is dangerous. 10. Broken socket outlet behind toilet macerater is dangerous. 11. Amazon Fire TV but you need an Amazon account to login. 12. No instructions for the coffee machine. 13. Final straw was when the house keeper took away all the crockery and cutlery. Luckily, I had a spoon with me and used a cup to eat the breakfast cereal out of. It could be really nice if it was managed properly and the requests were answered.

Det var stop i avoppen i köket och i duchen. Kranarna i köket och handfatet i toaletten sprutade åt alla håll. Tv,n funkade inte saknades talrikar i köket. Helt klart inget toppen boende. Kunde varit bra! Ingen personal syntes till så man kunde påpeka detta.
