Sitio muy bien situado, limpio, te llevan el desayuno a la habitación que está muy rico, y personal muy atento y amable, repetiría sin dudarlo

I stayed there for three days Location: good, ten minutes walking distance far from the Colossium 3 minutes walking distance from the bus stop it is located in a very calm neighbourhood the hotel is an apartment inside a resident decades old building so you are a kind of experiencing the real residency in Rome the receptionists were so helpful asking answering my questions breakfast is to be deliverd to your room on the time you request between specific hours and it is good it is rather a kid of house rather than a fancy hotel cleanliness was ok but now wow it is a bit dark in the night to walk in that area but i was coming back so late and no issue happened it is close also to some ancient heritages of old rome overall it was good but little expensive

Propriétaire Super gentille et serviable et qui parle français c'est un plus. Elle prend le temps d'expliquer tout les détails surtout pour le chemin et les visites. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle, petit déjeuner complet. A 10mn du Colisée mais pour les autres monuments il y'a un bus a 3mn le 81 et qui dessert tous les monuments jusqu'au Vatican. Sinon on peut marcher il suffit juste de connaître les raccourcis à 30 mon on est en pleine centre côté Panthéon et autre. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour madame.

Super établissement. Nous avons été très bien accueillis (notre hôte parlait français ) . Les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisés . L hôtel est à quelques minutes du Colisée et proches d arrêts de bus. Le petit déjeuner était super aussi ( croissant , confitures,yaourt ...). Nous avons apprécié le calme des lieux pour bien reprendre des forces la nuit. Les lits sont un peu dur à mon goût mais sinon si je devais revenir à Rome je séjournerai à nouveau dans cet établissement.

Una piacevolissima sorpresa questo B&B utilizzato per partecipare a un evento alle Terme di Caracalla. Tranquillo, pulito, una signora gentilissima e anche una buona disponibilità di posti per il parcheggio a pagamento e non. L'unico neo una colazione buona ma consumata in camera. Comunque ci torneremo volentieri

Located in a calm and quiet area, lacking any and all traffic, and yet very close to the central parts of the city and the Colosseum. The rooms are incredibly nice, clean and fresh, and the staff is wonderful!

We liked our room very much. We had a bottle of wine on our private porch that runs the length of two sides of our room. There was a cool breeze blowing through our room while we enjoyed the view and relaxed one afternoon. Our bed was comfortable and we liked the bookcases full of books on a myriad of subjects.

Soggiorno gradevole, appartamento confortevole e molto centrale. Abbiamo avuto poco contatto con il personale: all'arrivo le chiavi si trovavano sul pianerottolo e quando siamo andati via le abbiamo lasciate dentro; il secondo giorno abbiamo trovata la stanza ordinata.

A due passi dalle Terme di Caracalla

Ci siamo fermati solo per un pernottamento, ma la camera, sebbene di modeste dimensioni, era pulitissima, dotata di servizi, tv, aria condizionata. Non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente il personale,ma il sistema di accesso è stato pratico, efficiente e l'assistenza telefonica tempestiva e cordiale.

Amazing staff, Nice room and a wonderful breakfast

The staff is so warm and welcoming and really go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable and easy. The breakfast they served was very nice and we had a different meal every morning for the 3 days that we were there. The only downside is that you are away from the main tourist attractions, but if you are open to walking or taking public transit I highly recommend this place. :)

It's ugly hotel within an apartments

It's a hotel inside an apartment. So just imagine an apartment unit is broken down into several rooms and made into a hotel. Besides, the environment is literally not safe, this means that there are a bunch of drunk boys who stares at girls like they haven't see one before plus the lift to the hotel smells like as in someone has pee in it. This hotel is literally a down market kinda hotel. No breakfast, no security and the rooms looks like a freaking cell.

Je suis venue à Domus Caracalla il y a 3 ans avec des amies, nous étions ravies, je suis revenue cette année et l'expérience est toujours aussi satisfaisante : accueil très chaleureux, chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable, petit-déjeuner impeccable, localisation idéale, à qqes minutes à pied du Colisée. Bref, un séjour magnifique, je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Perfect place to stay in Rome!!!

Gorgeous flat in the residential section of Rome but just a few minutes' walk from the tourist attractions. Also restaurants in walking distance as well. Breakfast was perfect as well.

The hotel has excellent location - pretty close to Colosseo and at the same time away from the tourist busyness. The nearby bus 81 gives a convenient way to reach Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona and even San Pietro (although the bus is not so regular). The neighbouring area east of the Colosseo is packed with good not-touristy places for dinner. Not at the last - a clean and quiet hotel with a really friendly service.

Perfekt für den Städtetrip mit persönlichem Flair

Das Hotel mit nur 6 Zimmern befindet sich in der obersten Etage eines Wohnhauses. Jeden Morgen haben wir das Frühstück auf's Zimmer gebracht bekommen, welches wir auf unserem kleinen Balkon genießen konnten.Es war alles dabei, was das Herz begehrt und es wurde mit einem frischen Cappuccino / Café serviert. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte ein kleines eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Das Colloseum ist fussläufig in ca.15 min erreichbar ( Metro-Station " Colloseo").Wir kommen gern wieder!
