Gratiae is a lovely host in her beautiful and classic home. Impeccably clean rooms and a great breakfast. An easy walk to Ostia for dining options and the ruins.
This was a very convenient stay for us needing to be close to the airport.
The host was lovely and welcoming, we had to leave early to catch our flight - check-in and check-out was very straightforward.
Thanks for having us!
Great little Bed and Breakfast with traditional service, examplary Rome hospitality, great beds and linens. We stayed over for one night before our flight, hopefully next time we can stay longer and explore the area. Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast due to early departure. Nevertheless, very happy with the service we received.
Wish we could have stayed longer! Quaint B&B. Clean facilities, quiet neighborhood. Loved the pizzeria next door too!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Pros: We slept really well here. It was quiet and clean. Our hostess was gracious and kind. Easy walk from the train station and only a few minutes walk to the medieval town and Roman ruins.
Cons: Decor is very much ‘1970s grandparent chic’. We were overwhelmed by the strong potpourri and had to remove it to the hallway and then air out our room for several hours before we could stay in it. Breakfast was much simpler than in other places we have stayed (coffee, yogurt, croissant) although still tasty.
Domus Gratiae is a quaint B&B with a gracious host. The room was very clean and tidy and our host was friendly. The location is very walkable to a town square that has a small market and several restaurants.
We stayed one night because it was next to the airport but frankly would come back because the town was so cute and the owner was such a lovely woman! Family
Business with great breakfast and lovely place.
A lovely alternative to staying in Roma Centrale. Very near Fiumicino. I stayed for one night before my flight home. The archaeology park atvOstia is amazing. Owner was kind and friendly. It was a nice quiet stay.
Very cozy place, really close to the airport. Breakfast included and a really good coffee. There’s a restaurant in the corner and the owner is amazing, the food is really good. I will definitely use them again.
This is charming home kind of stay The host is a lovely grandmother. My traveling tip for this place: UBER or taxi ride cost $40 euros So please be aware that although the price is right it adds another $80.00 to the stay. There is tiny pizza place that was so nice, but they ran out of food You can walk .5 miles to the tiny town Great restaurants!
Grazia is an exceptional lady and host. A beautiful warm and large home converted to multiple B&B rooms over 3 floors. Just lovely. Then the lovely breakfast below. So welcoming and delicious. Easy parking.
Great and convenient location to Fiumicino airport.
This is a lovely place to stay with a very friendly family that runs it. It’s clean. Breakfast is delicious. It’s a short walk to the ruins at Ostia Antica. The pizzeria 2 doors down is great and handy. Overall a very pleasant experience just 10 minutes from Rome’s airport!
This B & B is a hidden gem on the outskirts of Rome and close to FCO. It is a 15 minute walk to the train to Rome and a 15 minute drive to FCO. I can't believe anyone wouldn't give this place 5 stars. The family who own it are the nicest people in Rome. The lady even made a homemade breakfast cake as part of the continental breakfast and booked us a van taxi to get us to the airport the next morning. It was like staying at my grandma's house. The place looks like a perfectly maintained and spotless museum.
A pretty room in a beautiful house. Everything was immaculate and a lovely breakfast was served in a great dining area. The hostess was helpful and welcoming despite our lack of Italian. It was a great location to visit the archeological excavation of Ostia Antica, worth seeing even if you are not into that.
Property owner was so nice. It's at a walking distance from arqueological site of Ostea Antica, where you can buy tickets to touristic places very near. Distance to airport is 10 minutes. The place was remarkable. Super clean and cozy. The exterior patio was beautiful. Breakfast was also a plus! The owner prepared a very delicious cofffe for us. I would definetely recommend!

This was my first BnB. The apartments seemed to be very clean. The women that runs it does not speak English at all But she likes to spend a lot of time speaking at you in Italian. Bi think she was nice but if I'm honest I don't speak Italian.
The entire facility is very dated. Like my grandmothers basement but I'm old enough to be a grandmother.
I have limited mobility and requested a first floor room a such. I was told it was on the first floor when making to res. But in reality it seems the only thing on the "main" floor is this living area. In fact I had to go up a flight and a half of stairs to get to my room and down 3 to get to the breakfast area.
Nice home and very friendly people. Older but well kept. Wifi is good unless you are on the 2nd floor, which we were. Then it is useless. Basic continental but very good cappacino. The town is super cool and it is very close to some extensive ruins. Wish we could have stayed longer.
