The owner was super nice and very helpful. The B & B was pretty easy to find and the room was very nice and clean. It is just down the street from a little pizza place as well if you don't want to go far to eat, but it is only open for about 3 hours in the evening. It was also walking distance to other cafes, restaurants, pizza places and convenience stores. Would recommend staying there!

Everything was great, the owners super nice, and helpful, the breakfast is homemade, and served by Gracia, an incredible woman. The only issue Im not giving a 5 stars was the shower. It is the smallest shower I have ever been, very hard to access, and kind of a hazard on getting out. Thats about it.

There is a check in time hour, but the owner lives there so we were able to check in a little after the time range stated on the listing. Very nice owner. Great breakfast. Mainly sweets. Very close to the airport. Free street parking. Lots of space available. Overall was a great place to stay.

Good value B&B within walking distance of Ostia Antica Archaeological park. The host was lovely and friendly and the complimentary breakfast set us up nicely for the day. Being able to leave our suitcases after checking out and collecting them later was greatly appreciated.

This was our second time staying at this B&B. It’s nothing fancy but incredible quaint and actually quite lovely. The owner is adorable and wants to please. She is so sweet. She doesn’t speak English so a translator app is sometimes needed to communicate. Breakfast consists of pastries, yogurt, and cereal. The owner personally brews your espresso/ Cappuccino/coffee. Our room consisted of a king bed and a twin. It included A/C, tv, balcony and separate bathroom with toilet, bidet, and a small shower stall (larger people may not fit). The B&B is located in a small town that’s walkable to restaurants and public trains into Rome but yet very close to the FCO airport. I highly recommend this B&B. We did have an issue on the first visit as we booked a two bed room since we are two friends (not married). Due to a miscommunication with Expedia, she assumed that the two people would share a bed. It worked out fine since it was a king bed but I would verify two beds through email for the next visit. Still, highly recommend this B&B.

Domus Gratiae is a quaint B&B with a gracious host. The room was very clean and tidy and our host was friendly. The location is very walkable to a town square that has a small market and several restaurants.

Very cozy place, really close to the airport. Breakfast included and a really good coffee. There’s a restaurant in the corner and the owner is amazing, the food is really good. I will definitely use them again.
