Byłam miło zaskoczona, ze apartament był codziennie sprzątany bez żadnej dodatkowej opłaty. Pokoje są nowo wyremontowane, czyste, przestrzenne i super dogodna lokalizacja w samym centrum. Planuje wrócić jeszcze nie raz do Rzymu i zostać właśnie tutaj <3 Dodatkowo Widok z balkonu na Watykan❤️

De ligging is perfect, pal in het centrum en weinig tot geen last van het drukke verkeer. Enkele restaurantjes in de buurt, maar hartje Rome ligt op 10 minuutjes wandelen waar er uiteraard meer te vinden is. Eén puntje van kritiek op de kamer was het douchegordijn, dit ter vervanging van één glazen doucheraam. Maar ik denk wel dat dit in de toekomst vervangen zal worden. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is heel goed

Beautiful property and room has all necessary amenities. There was no reception so any questions we had about taxi services distance etc. We had to find out from passers by. Instructions in the room were in Italian not English so we couldn’t understand them. And I wish I had know there was a building site opposite.

We had a fantastic time. The property is not a hotel, is rather a BnB type of place. Martina was amazing and super helpful. She book for us the transfer from the airport and help us with taxi service a couple of time we needed. The place is and impecable, well-decorated, well-located room. You will feel independent, as you have your own apartment in Rome. The place is a block from the hop-on hop-off station (Spanish steps). I would have appreciated a laundry room though... we had bad weather and struggle to get our snickers dry out. Overall, great experience, I totally recommend the place. Forgot to mention, there is a really good Italian ristorante right outside the building. Thanks for everything Martina!

The property was in an area close to the Spannish Steps and within walking distance from many of the other attractions. There were a number of very good restaurants and bars in the adjacent streets. The accommodation was perfectly clean and the support sevices were very helpful and supportive. Excellent value for money.

The property was close to everything we needed/wanted. It’s a great location near a Metro station and the Spanish Steps. Room was comfortable. My only complaint would be that the mattress was very hard. But the room was well maintained and very clean. The hostess was friendly, communicated well and offered to help us plan routes for our days destinations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The location was great, the room was renovared. However, there is no one at the desk other than when you are checking in and the elevator tiny, not the property's fault, but they is construction right across the street and they started working even before 7am on Saturday morning.

The room was quite loud with various other units within the same hallway. Felt like a large apartment was bought and then divided into rooms that all share the same hallway. A bright light came in under the doorway from the hallway during the night. Check in was quite bizarre with the need to meet the employee at the unit at a particular time. You will be charged if late. Felt like an Airbnb. Unit was okay for what you pay but definitely cannot call it luxury. Would stay again if in Rome for a night or 2. Location is pretty good.

Convenient location near Piazza di Spagna. It was very difficult to find the “hotel” as it’s on the 5th floor of a building with no reception. Turns out it was just a few rooms on the fifth floor and “reception” was one very pleasant employee who had a desk in the hallway but wasn’t always there during the day. She also cleaned the rooms. No amenities. Just a room and a washroom. Water bottle and Nespresso were provided only the first day, not the second.
