The location of the property, amenities such as rooftop and secure building made it a wonderful stay. The only negative was the bathroom that had mold and a clogged shower. Asked for it to be addressed but it was never resolved.

This was a great choice for my short visit to Rome. The location was great to have walking access to both the Trastavere neighborhood and areas like the Colosseum, and the neighborhood was quiet. The room was modern, clean and comfortable despite being an older building. The landlord and cleaning staff were very friendly. Communication before the trip was clear and helpful. There is no elevator (lift) which can be a concern for some, but I have no complaints overall.

If you are reading this review look no further for a perfect place to stay in Trastevere. What a fantastic hotel. A huge room, excellent amenities, amazingly helpful staff (thank you, Jessica for all your advice), and a location that is second to none. 20 minutes or so walking distance to all the main attractions, but you are staying away from the tourist traps and in a neighborhood that is overflowing with great restaurants, stores, and cozy Roman vibe. Special shout out to Da Enzo”s restaurant, the best meal we had during our stay, and literally steps away from the hotel. In short, the perfect place for a perfect stay.

It's not luxury and it's not a palace so I'm not sure how this place got it's name. However, it's well located on one of the quieter streets of Trastevere. On the plus side the room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet with a relatively contemporary feel. On the negative side, we didn't initially receive the code needed to access the property which was a little stressful when we arrived fairly late in the evening. That was sorted quickly however. We had a problem with the electrical socket in the bedroom not working which meant no kettle/coffee machine and we had to charge phones in the bathroom. We asked twice for this to be looked at but it was not resolved. The shower head also sprayed more water upwards than downwards which also wasn't ideal. The wardrobe was also a little bit tatty. The general feeling was that with 10% more effort this place this place could be excellent. We had a fantastic stay in Rome overall though and absolutely loved the Trastevere area in particular

We loved our stay here! The location is safe and quiet, but close to all conveniences such as amazing restaurants, beautiful streets and piazzas. We had a really amazing stay here! The location is perfect and the unit is great. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was a huge plus for our family. The only thing I would caution people about is there is no elevator so the first floor is the best if you have a lot of luggage.
