My stay at Efes Hotel was very pleasant. It has an excellent location with great access to major attractions. The room was very clean and newly renovated, and the staff were extremely friendly. Although the hotel is still undergoing some construction and renovation, I was completely satisfied with my experience.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect to explore Rome on foot. The design of the room was beautiful, but a rack to hang winter coats and longer garments near the entry to the room would be practical, as the closet was small. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

It took us a few minutes to find the hotel and they send you a code via whatsapp to get into the hotel. The room was lovely, spacious and very clean! If i was to come back to rome i would 100% stay here again. The room was quiet and we never heard any noise from anyone else. The staff were polite and friendly.

The hotel is not operational, it shouldn’t be open yet. We were met downstairs by a staff with a bucket and broom. They put us in a room right next to the check in desk, quite literally one step away, we could hear all people checking in&out. There is no system in place, they check you in on their phone. There’s still work happening -painting, drilling, tools everywhere. AC is not operational, I opened the window at night because it was so hot just for someone to go outside for a smoke and have all that air in my room. The hotel should not be advertised as fully open, there’s still so much work to be done and the the best part is - the entrance is through a long and dark hallway with uneven stairs, I fully sprained my ankle and ended up in the ER and the hotel is still not offering a refund. I’m very disappointed by my experience.

Excelente relación calidad precio. Ubicación inmejorable, a pasos de la piaza del Popolo. Habitación cómoda e impecable, totalmente nueva. Una muy grata sorpresa al pasar la puerta de entrada. El chico que nos recibió muy amable. Todo muy organizado y fácil. Check in rápido. Recibieron nuestro equipaje aunque aún no estaba lista la habitación. Sin duda volveré a este hotel!!

Best stay in Rome. Would go back every time! WiFi was a little in and out but not a deterrent at all. My only suggestion is. Being a brand new hotel and super modern etc the door locks are old school and truly an issue as you can only lock the door when inside with a key ? Makes no sense and actually a fire hazard! Each fix. Use hotel style tap to enter and auto lock when inside. They already have a key card for the electrical system.
