We had a very nice stay at Folia B & B for the most part. Our host Chiara was very nice and explained things about the apartment. She even gave us information about places to visit in Rome by explaining it on a map. The apartment had enough space for my family of four. There was only one issue in the restroom with flushing. Our host did try to repair it and and she messaged us to check how we were doing. She said she was going to have that repaired after our stay since we were there for a weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It is clean, cosy and also very private. It is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the nearest metro, St. Peter’s Basilica and The Vatican. Chiara was very helpful when we needed help with our luggage delay. Even taking the extra mile to help us make phone calls to the airlines. Thanks Chiara! The perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the Vatican and central Rome but also 2 blocks from the metro to go straight to the Colloseum / other further sights. Very clean and comfortable, we had a room with a separate bathroom (which was our own with a key) and there is a shared kitchen space with espresso, milk and basic cereals for breakfast. Very easy and comfortable, we would stay here again!

Communication with the manager of the property was seamless. Her knowledge of the area and suggestions for dinner and sites to see was extremely helpful. We were provided a map and detailed information for how to get around Rome. The location of this property is fantastic as well.

Great location! Clean and comfortable!

We had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday. Chiara made everything pleasant and easy for us to enjoy this beautiful city!

The location is residential and close to shopping and restaurants and what you could need. It's not crowded like the city center and restaurants have decent prices. Chiara was a great host. She helped us a with our questions. I totally recommend this place. It's also close to metro and the Vatican.

One of the best experience ever. Located just a 5 min walk from the St Peter's Basilica. The room is very nice, spacious and very clean. A lot of good restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. The subway station Ottaviano/San Pietro at the end of the street. Chiara is a lovely host. Definitely recommend!!

Perfect and safe location. Close to the Vatican and the metro station. There are restaurants and a big market and small supermarkets around. The apartment was comfortable and clean and well supplied. Chiara, the owner, was very nice, friendly and helpful. Told us how to get around the city, where to eat and how to use the public transit. Also helped us with transportation to the airport. Recommend and will stay there again.

Chiara at the Folia B&B was lovely, & extremely helpful in all aspects of our time in Rome, she even booked our pickups from, & back to the airport. My wife & I were greeted & welcomed as soon as we arrived, which was really nice. Chiara even made us a cup of coffee, which was a lovely touch. Our room was immaculate, & tidied every day. Breakfast was good, & Chiara even did our washing up, which was very helpful indeed. We would highly recommend the Folia B&B, its location was brilliant, we could even see the Vatican wall from our window, & the metro was only a minute away. Fabulous holiday. Thanks Chiara x

Not a good summer place!!!

The matron insisted we turn OFF the much needed A/C during the day. It NEVER got cool during the hot night. Beyond ridiculous! That alone made the stay very miserable. Breakfast was not great. The several keys needed for everything was a big pain. Definitely would NEVER stay there again.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig: Ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem bequemen Schlafsofa. Dazu eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer. Alles war sehr sauber. Frühstück (Toast, Butter, Marmelade, süße Teilchen, Yoghurt, Kaffe, Tee, Milch, Säfte,…) gab es ausreichend, die Wohnungsvermieterin hatte extra nochmal für uns eingekauft. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, ca. 10 min zu Fuß zum Petersplatz, 5 min zur U-Bahn. Bei der Ankuft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen inclusive Tipps, wo man gut essen gehen kann, usw. Alles in allem würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort bleiben!
