The staff was friendly and proactive, even before our arrival, and made a real effort to ensure we had a good experience. The room was on the smaller side but perfectly acceptable. It was a bit noisy due to the street-facing window and slightly warm at times. The bathroom was not my favorite. Overall, however, the location is very nice and the price reasonable.

Overall the property is nice and has everything you need - full kitchen, microwave, etc. The property managers were hard to get a hold of during the stay, but when they responded, everything was taken care of. The location is fantastic - surrounded by shopping, restaurants, train. Everything you need!

We stayed 2-nights in the 2BD/2BA, Executive Suite. Pros: The property was clean, spacious and in a very convenient location, with shopping/dining on the same street and tourist attractions nearby. Making it a perfect place to stay when needing space and convenience. Our host, Allessandra was great, as she addressed all of our inquiries in a timely manner. They offer hotel/airport transfer for a fee, and it worked out great for us. Cons: Bathroom had a strong sewer smell and there was no microwave. This would have been an issue for us, if we were staying for a longer period of time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
