The property is located close to Roma Termini, so it gave us a convenient walkable location as this was our last day in Italy before flying home. The room is clean and well maintained. The area is very touristy which I did not enjoy as much but this is not a fault of the property. Good place to stay overall!

Great location, basic but nice room/bath. Only issue is that you are on your own. No one on site, we had issue with door - key in lock on outside and no one responded when contacted (happily we figured it out or we would have been locked in!)

Our host Stefano was very kind, responsive, and informative about restaurant recommendations nearby and attractions in Rome. He is incredibly caring and supportive to our stay. He kindly arranged the transfer to the airport despite out urgent request. The room was clean, cosy, and quiet. We also loved the perfect location - within walking distance to the station and main attractions such as Colosseum. Highly recommended!

Rome one night stay

Great place to stay, unsure about sending passport and credit card details initially but everything works fine. It is a good place to stay, central and not far from restaurants and station. Checked in using phone, because arrived after 5.30pm. So make sure you have enough charge in your phone if checking in later. The apartment was a really nice place to stop very clean, towels provided and tea and coffee facilities. Nice bathroom, recommend it.

This property is about a 10 minute walk to the Roma Termini. The Metro is also very close. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Stefano is a great host. He gave us recommendations for places to eat breakfast and dinner. The basic room is small, and clean and is easy to find. The bed is comfortable. It was a little noisy in the mornings inside the building. We would recommend.

Located on the ground floor of a vintage building, my room was clean and comfortable. It is a ten minute walk from the train station in an area that is surprisingly quiet, given the number of small restaurants and cafes in the area. It is also just a short 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Stefano was also a great host, communicating with me before my arrival and, when my arrival was delayed so that I arrived at the end of staffing hours, he was still there to let me in (and had also sent me self-checkin instructions, in case I arrived after he had left).

Gullivers lodge.

Stefano was really helpful. Let us check in early. Helped with booking tickets for trips etc.nothing too much trouble. Room was ok bit small but served a purpose. Very clean. Room is very Central and in great location for site seeing, station etc. Can be noisy at night but close the windows and all ok. Only downside was tea/coffee facilities limited. But didnt spoil our time there.

Gulliver's lodge is exactly as described, a charming room with private bath in the middle of Rome. Our rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. Stephano was a delightful host, who was on top of our few needs. If we get to come back, we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely place, had a great time! Couldn’t find the place originally as there are no signs other than the intercom! No complaints otherwise. Stefano, our host was amazing, went above and beyond. Went to a couple of his reccomended places and all were great! Definitely would recommend :)

Unfortunately the host/owner was on vacation and we could not get access to the property with the code provided (the code expires after a couple of hours) After many attempts with Expedia's assistance for 2 hours we had to make a decision to find a different accommodation. Not only was it an inconvenience but disappointing and frustrating that the room was paid for, and we lost out. (Note: I cannot fairly rate the property or cleanliness as we did not stay at the property but could not submit a review without the rating).
