D. was very nice over text and I responded to him immediately with his request for my arrival time 3 days before. We arrived at the exact time I had said we would (during the middle of the day) and I don’t know if maybe he was having a bad day but it was by far the coldest reception I’ve ever received at any hotel or guesthouse I’ve ever stayed at. He genuinely seemed angry I had showed up lol. It was very strange. We were only staying for one night but the female member of staff the morning we left seemed a lot more friendly. Room (especially the shower) had definitely seen better days. All in all not the best.

Nice stay, but.....

Nice location, quiet, and clean. The booked price should have included all charges, but they collected an additional city tax at the property. Other hotels in the area didn't have this surcharge.

This property was very clean and nice. The check in was smooth due to the text messages received in a timely manner to make sure check in was good. Room was very clean and nicely renovated. Location was was convenient to the Spanish steps and surrounding restaurants. The balcony was nice as well

A little difficult to find due to not knowing the lay of the land nor our maps working. Reception is not always on site, but you can text them at any time. Great location seconds away from spanish steps, shopping, and food. Easy to get in and out, plus they have an elevator. Very large bathroom and perfect balcony.

Great location—close to everything. There is rarely someone at the desk, so this is more like an Airbnb than a hotel. The AC is excellent, and it’s very clean. Comfy beds. It is on the 4th floor, and the elevator is challenging. You can only fit two pieces of luggage and one person in the elevator at a time. If you have any mobility issues — this would not be a good place for you.
