Lift (elevator) is possible via another staircase in the building complex, then up and down a flight of stairs.. Luggage transport assistance is provided..Thanks to quick trains you can, if you like, also make day trips to the wider area and return to the apartment in the evening. Florence is only an hour and a half by train, Naples 65 minutes. A day trip is also possibile to Pompeii and Vesuvius. .

The sunny well-kept 2000 sq.ft roofterrace with a superb 360° view on the city has many roses, lemon and orange trees, bouganville plants, fragrant lavender shrubs and much more, as well as a superb 360° view on the city. Garden furniture and parasol invite guests to relax after sightseeing Rome tours.. The sunsets are a special experience, with view on St. Peter's Basilica and other sights - the eternal city lies at the feet of the viewer, so to speak.

All rooms are cosy and carefully furnished with huge windows with soundproof glass., parquet ground floor and are quiet positioned with sunshine in the morning. One bedroom is provided with a double kingsize-bed, the other one with a luxus-combination of two separate single beds with comfortable orthopedic mattresses and pull- out function. A crib is set up on request. There is also a living-area with armchair with pullout-mattress. The bathrooms are modern and exclusive, one with a whirlpool shower. The kitchen is furnished with fridge, refrigerator American and espresso coffee machine, a new dishwasher with a special hygiene programme, a microwave and a toaster. All around art, museums and Rome's most elegant shopping streets such as Via dei Condotti, restaurants of all kinds, supermarkets. Five minutes walk to the beautiful city park Villa Borghese and the Trevi Fountain, attractions also for children. Two minutes to the subway and three minutes to bus stops. Three metro stops to St. Peter's Basilica, three to Termini Central Station, 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. .Good connection to Ciampino and Fiumicino airports. Rentbiking nearby, taxi stand next door. Pretty cafés and restaurants in historical places and in front of sights. Mostly nice weather, with a few rainy days. Christmas and New Year's Eve are very varied in Rome. Big clearance sale, high discounts also in luxury boutiques, each from about July 10th and January 7th for several weeks.

Elevator and apartment are not wheelchair accessible. The stairs of one floor up and down must be managed to get to the apartment. The luggage transport is helped.
