Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect for easy access to train station and tourist destinations. But the room itself can use a lot of improvements: wall hooks for both bathroom and bedroom, hangers, and shelves.
The customer service upon checking in was exceptional.
The room was spacious and clean and the room warm with a view of the street across from the main station.
Stayed in this hotel for four nights, I cannot complain about our time there whatsoever.
The rooms are dated but very clean, housekeeping when needed were great too. What it lacks in style, is made up by how close it is to the train station, and an easy walkable distance to everything. Two supermarkets across the road at the train station and plenty of food options nearby as well. Along with the train station, there is a bus hub right next door too.
Perfectly located at Rome termini Train station, renovation in progress a bit to do yet but all in all comfortable, good shower with good water flow & constant hot water, love the location really convenient.
It was quaint and polished. Near to landmarks to visit, public transportation, food store and supermarket. Very safe. Excellent staff that are friendly and accommodating.
It was good over night stay required near the termini train station and few minute walk to get my early morning train ride. Was convenient even to buy some food inside termini, plenty of options. Accommodation was clean, tidy although small was absolutely fine.
Was really loud when people were coming and going late night or early in the morning. 4 suites in a confined area is hard to sound proof. The shower was nice and hot and the linens pristine! Grocery market across the street as well as the Rome Termini! Very great price for being so close! Loads of eating places on the same block as well.

The location was great. The rooms and furnishings are basic but functional. The bathrooms were dingy and need to be brightened up.
Nice little place very close to Termini train station. Staff is happy and eager. The breakfast was reasonably priced and delightful. Rooms clean and the A/C is a plus if you’re in Rome in the summer. There are many restaurants closeby. If you’re touring Rome by foot, both metro lines are right out the front door. It worked great for us.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Very conveniently located next to groceries and main train station and metro. Great little space for lighter budget. Little balcony was great but having scalfolding and construction took away of the pleasantries but understand that work needs to happen at times.
Very clean. Perfect location, easy to walk everywhere

Great little hotel within walking distance of many attractions and plenty of wonderful options for dining. Also perfectly situated if you arrive/depart Rome by train. My ONLY complaint was that there was a horrible smell coming from the drain in the bathroom.
