This hotel is near the train station and we had to check in at one location and then walk to our next location. It all worked out, but the check in process was stressful. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and always felt safe and secure. No breakfast, but their coffee station was delicious and much appreciated. The hotel had everything we needed and was clean. Our luggage came three days late and they delivered our luggage to us. We were so happy! All in all, it was a great stay.

If you have room 305 then the bathroom toilet will not flush completely. There are ants by the windows crack & the AC didn’t work. Nice place to walk around the area though.

Budget option close to Termini, well connected

Great budget option if being near the main train station is important to you. The actual hotel is a nearby 2-star Hotel Sky, next to the metro station Vittorio Emanuele and 6-7 minutes on foot from the Roma Termini main railway station. The neighbourhood is okay and felt safe. The bed was okay, clean sheets and clean towels every day. Free coffee and pastries in the morning. We left our luggage in the room for free after check out. Cleaning the floor and the shower more often is needed. There was an electricity issue during our stay that got quickly fixed. The power outlets are not the easiest to work with, but do work. The wifi was okay for messaging, but nothing more. TV was practically useless (satellite TV with only few channels, no remote). If you're on a budget and need to stay close to Termini, do not spend time in the hotel and are okay with a 2-star hotel, this could be an option for you.

Schlimmstes Hotel

Bei unserem Check In wurden wir an der Türe von der Ehefrau des Hotelbesitzers abgefangen. Sie sagte wir müssen in ein anderes Hotel gehen, da dieses nicht bewohnbar sei. Den Grund dafür konnte Sie uns nicht nennen. Im anderen Hotel angekommen bekamen wir einen Schock. Das Zimmer war vollkommen verdreckt. Die Böden voller Staub und Haare. Steckdosen funktionierten nicht beim anschliessen des ladekabels kamen grosse Funken aus der Steckdose. ALLE Badetücher waren mit Haaren behaftet. Auf dem Bettlacken war ein grosser Trüber Fleck. Als wir den Hotelinhaber darauf angesprochen haben, wollte er nicht darüber reden. Unter Androhung der Polizei brachte er uns dann in ein anderes Hotel. Das Zimmer war etwas grösser und das Bettlacken "sauberer". Jedoch haben wir überall im Zimmer Haare gehabt und ähnliches. Aufgrund der Auslastung der Hotels in Rom waren wir gezwungen zwei Nächte dort zu verbringen. Ich habe jedoch Plasticksäcke auf dem Bett augelegt und mir ein Handtuch in der Stadt gekauft.

La stanza era ok, ma la pulizia era solo parziale. Gli scaffali nell'armadio erano sporchi e la mia maglietta bianca era sporca, piena di sporcizia nera. Il bagno ha bisogno di decalcificazione del soffione e dei rubinetti. La colazione è inclusa, ma consiste solo in un dolcissimo cornetto e caffè ad libitum, assolutamente inadatto se si ha il diabete

Muy buena atención de todo el personal. Muy respetuosos y amables. Siempre respondieron a todas nuestras consultas, muy rápidos. Excelente servicio, ubicación, limpieza, camas, baños, el hotel en si. Además tenía espacio para áreas comunes, excelente máquina de café gratis, todo muy limpio y cumplían con todos los resguardos de higiene. Totalmente recomendable el hotel, buena ubicación y muy seguro.

Zimmer war ok

1. es war keine Hotel sondern eine Wohnung wurde in Zimmern geteilt 2. Hotel Adresse hausn163 Zimmer war hausnr. 107 3. War sauber frische Bettwäsche alles ok 4.was mich gestört hat das die putzfrau schon um 8 Uhr mit laute Stimme am Telefon gesprochen hat Bin immer noch müde da ich danach nicht mehr schlafen konnte
