A great little hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed it. Comfortable beds, clean, great breakfast included. A charming place that I highly recommend!

Quite a surprise! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is excellent Suggestion you get a terrace especially on the 6th floor. Dinner is served by a fine chef exclusively for hotel guests only! Very intimate setting for dinner Would definitely recommend this hotel and its very reasonable!!

Excellent boutique hotel tucked close to the Forum. Within walking distance of the metro which can be used to get you to any part of the city. Friendly staff and comfortable beds and room. Lots of time to relax in ac before venturing out into the Rome heat once again. Plenty of restaurants close by, but be sure to do your research or talk with the knowledgeable staff at the main desk.

This was a real find. An elegant hotel, tucked away in a cool, lush courtyard, with genuinely friendly service. The room was clean and comfortable, with - thank goodness! - highly effective air conditioning. And all a very short walk away from the Colosseum. Will definitely return.

Great room, great staff, great location very safe. Open up your window and view the colosseum. Nice balcony to to sit have a drink and take in the ambience of the neighborhood. Rooms cleaned daily. Had a great time. It was enhanced by a very professional staff. Went out of their way to help and Ensure you had a great trip! Great feeling about the Lancelot was confirmed by my own senses and reconfirmed when the Rick Steves travel group checked in. You will truly enjoy this hotel and the staff that go out of their way to accommodate you.

We had a lovely 4 nights ar Hotel Lancelot. It's jn a great location. The staff were lovely, the beds were comfy and there was plenty to chose from at breakfast. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars was because we missed having tea and coffee facilities or a mini fridge. Would still recommend the hotel.

Hotel Lancelot is a great option for a quiet location very close to the Colosseum. It is a 10-15 min walk there and a few extra steps to the Collosseo Metro stop. Very convenient to get a pass and use Metro to travel the city. The Taxi service to/from Hotel Lancelot was VERY convenient. The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful. In particular, my wife left her hat in a taxi and the hotel staff was instrumental in getting it back for us. The room was adequate for a typical European hotel. The breakfast was solid, many options. Overall, a great stay, if planning on a Vatican and/or Colosseum tour, be ready to walk about 10-15k steps per day !

Location was exceptional, great choice of restaurants within walking distance, area felt safe to walk and explore. Hotel was professional and accommodating, excellent quality bedding. Room #26 was large by European standards, windows that opened, vanity desk, highboy dresser and ample closest space. We wanted old world atmosphere, secure building, safe neighbourhood and easy access to major attractions. This hotel MORE than fit the bill as it exceeded expectations.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Lancelot. The location was perfect to explore Rome on foot, very close to the Colosseum. It's about a 8-10 min walk to the nearest subway station, which was needed to get to the Vatican, but we didn't mind. The rooms were decent sized, the beds were comfortable and breakfast had a good selection with both pastries and proteins to choose from. Staff was welcoming and very helpful.
