This hotel is very close to the Rome Termini train station. It was very quiet, clean & had a good continental breakfast overseen by a very helpful employee. If the somewhat lumpy mattress was replaced it would get an increased rating.

Breakfast was very simple and our bathroom had a mouldy ceiling.
The hotel is close to the central Station, which makes sightseeing easier.
The street in front of the hotel can be rather noisy at night.

The hotel is closed to the train station and walking distance from a lot of attractions.
The staff are really nice people.
Our stay was great. No complaints. The stay reflects the price we paid. All staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast was decent.
We were out and about so it was a good home base for us, felt safe, hotel and room were clean.

Great little place
Great little place great location
Not the easiest place to find once you get in the court yard
Breakfast was basic but no complaints
Room was clean and modern
Nice budget hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, especially the lovely lady at breakfast. 1st room we had wasn’t great, ok but a bit tired looking, but we got a move on request to a much nicer room on the top floor, looks like they are in the process of modernising. Would stay there again no problem.

Wish it were easier to get into the property, but overall property was clean and close to attractions and transportation.
This is a great hotel overall with excellent breakfast , very kind staff , and wonderful air conditioning during a very hot time of the year. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning again.
The people at the hotel were super nice and helpful; super friendly. The hotel was very old with large rooms but everything was very clean. Only the bathroom had a strange musty smell. Other than that everything was good. Very good breakfast. Over the hotel was very close to the train station and was super convenient. I would stay there again.
Location and staff were great. The hotel could use more comfortable and updated mattresses and pillows, uncomfortable sleeping. Wi-Fi did not work when visible.

Extremely convenient, a couple of minutes walk from Roma Termini, with tons of restaurants outside. It’s a very old property/building, not a bad condition. They have a 24-hr camera to buzz you in, not only the front door of the building, but also your floor entrance. I would stay here again for its convenience if I need to use Roma Termini.

Rome stay
The hotel itself was in an older building; there were 3 different hotels in one building. Access to the hotel was confusing. Definitely an older hotel, be ready to be in small spaces even as you access the 2 person elevator. The rooms were modest but clean with average confortability. The best part of the hotel is the access to the main Rome train terminal, Teemini, which is less than 10 minutes walk. Staff is ok , and somewhat cold and rude, however , accommodating .
This property is in a bad spot in Rome not too far from the train station. The hotel is in a hidden location, reception person was dismissive and rude. Property manager did not allow cancellations or refunds on our reservation. Room was dingy, dirty, and the reception guy did not want my friend and I to use the elevator because he was concerned it would get stuck if we both got in it at the same time. We did NOT stay at this property at all-reception person notated information from our passports on paper but it was not visible as to what he was recording. This was a scary, unsafe, terrible, rude experience. This property should not be offered on Expedia. After trying to escalate the case to get reimbursed both the property manager, Joseph and reception guy Mike I think, spoke to Expedia and they both were rude to the representative as well. For $500 to be in a dump, not get a refund and to be treated like dirt is unacceptable. This hotel was not worth more than $20 a night and it was unsafe. No no no to this location.

What you need
Very close to the main train terminal and many good dining choices. The bed was so hard it made my hips sore. The area is a little sketchy and there are people wandering the streets trying to sell you things. One poor guy was really getting hounded, don’t make eye contact or try to be polite, it will fail and you will be bothered. The family that runs are very good.

The location is perfect a few blocks from the train and a mile to major attractions. Plenty of food and conveniences nearby. The only issue we had was that the bathroom sometimes smelled like sewage. Things that were less of a problem but important to know: the tiny elevator was impossibly slow. We were on the fifth floor with heavy bags otherwise it would’ve been less of a problem. If you are traveling light and don’t mind stairs, you’ll be fine. It also takes the shower a long time to warm up. But not a big deal. The staff and location were great.

Basic, cheap and clean
In a tower block but easy to find if follow signs. No queen bed, seems all rooms have same size, even though we paid the extra, so don't pay extra. No dressing gowns as advertised. Shower cubicle is very, very small. Partner is 6ft and struggled to use. Room was very clean, however cleaner station was right outside door of our room and from 7am we were woken by keys being rattled around, chatting and phone notifications
Location is above a busy street in city centre. It is loud until 3am if you have window open.
Breakfast was basic but okay. No kettle in room which expected in a 3 star.
To round up, not everything as advertised, but clean with breakfast, but for price would use again.
Really good location as it’s very close to the train station. Very friendly staff. Super comfortable rooms
It will be better if they inform us to have cash ready for the city taxes in advance
