Good location, clean, staff ok. I say ok as one male behind the desk ignored me while taking a call. Stood there so long had to go sit down. Less than cordial. I had already paid for room, dropped my bags, then went out as room was not ready which was fine. They put my bags in the room but never gave me a key, stood there waiting like a fool at the desk for way too long, then no apology. Oh well, not sure I’d stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location near shops, food and gelato! We had a really great time staying here and the room was perfect with big windows to look out onto the pretty street. Would love to stay here again when we come back to Rome!

The room was perfect for a solo traveler. I loved how centrally located the hotel is, close to many major sightseeing areas, and taxi drivers were always able to find it easily. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. I felt safe and comfortable, which was especially important since this was my first time visiting Rome and alone as a female. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. Thank you to the Hotel Navona staff for a great experience!

Very well located in the city center, close to everything for visiting, shopping...We had a newly renovated and charming room, small but well equiped, fridge, small desk, kettle. Bathroom was modern, design, big shower. The only concern was everyday cleaning which was quite superficial ( used paper glasses not changed and still in the room, coffee spot on bed sheets, moldy shower seals ). The manager reacted promptly but still this is unpleasant. Shame as the overall feeling was positiv.
