The apartment was located in a great location to visit ancient sites in Rome. It was clean, air conditioned, soundproofed with many amenities including an elevator which was much appreciated when returning from long days of sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

A completely clean property, immaculate on arrival. The property was spacious especially for the price that we had paid, enormous rooms and lots of living space. The host was super fast with response times for the questions we did have. The building felt very safe and even had a lovely terrace. Will definitley be booking again.

My husband and I stayed at Via Cavour in September. We loved our 2 bedroom apartment at via Cavour. It was very spacious and clean. We had 4 balconies and enjoyed relaxing out there at night. It is just a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum and about a 25 minute walk to the Trevi fountain and pantheon. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great location! The AC is working really well which is a huge plus for a summer vacation in Rome. We really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was easy for us and they communicated well before our check in time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay in Rome! We had an excellent stay at JOIVY Via Cavour 238! The location was fantastic—very convenient for exploring Rome, with restaurants, cafés, and many of the city’s sights nearby. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after long days of sightseeing. We especially appreciated how easy and convenient everything was during our stay. The location made it a wonderful home base for our time in Rome, and we felt very comfortable staying here. We would definitely recommend JOIVY Via Cavour 238 to anyone visiting Rome and would happily stay again. Thank you for helping make our trip to Rome so memorable! 🇮🇹❤️

Our apartment was excellent, great location, reliable AC, a large elevator, and plenty of space for a family of four. The only downside was the service. I contacted the host about network issues with the TV, but they didn’t come to fix it; instead, they asked me to reset the router myself, which I preferred not to do since it wasn’t my equipment.

Fantastic location and really nice apartment. We stayed there a week with lots of restaurants and monuments nearby. Minor issues were that the floors could have done with a good clean and I would have expected a washer/dryer in an apartment like this. But very good apartment.

The apartment was amazing, we stayed with three adults two kids, the rooms were big, modern, clean, excellent location. I saw some reviews that were negative on google post booking and I was a little worried but I didn’t need to be. Would come back if I was in Rome again.

No staff onsite so make sure you follow the pre-arrival instructions for check in. The plumbing was tricky too. Had to request for “special” flushing instructions. Convenient location, has all the basic amenities for an apartment, spacious. Grocery store right next door. We are satisfied with the place for our short stay in Rome.
