Great area with wonderful restaurants and a great party vibe. The staff was amazing and very considerate, dropping off croissants every morning at our door. Great rooms as well.

A little bit hard to find initially but worth the search. It’s not your typical Marriot or Hilton. If you want something like that look elsewhere, but if you want authentic Italian this place is for you! Can’t say enough about how helpful and accommodating Cristina was to us. Great location close to most touristy places. We rented a Vespa from nearby by Roma rentals (highly recommended also) and could get just about anywhere in the city in 10-15 mins.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast in room was really nice and the staff was accommodating. So happy there was an elevator! The location close to Campo do Fiori was a bonus as everything was in walking distance. We would stay here again.

Everything was wonderful and I absolutely recommend! The only downfall is that even though there is an elevator, one still needs to go up a few flights of stairs which was annoying with our luggage. The pickup from the airport was wonderful, definitely recommend it! The street where the building is on is not vehicle-friendly so taking a taxi or uber requires a little bit of a walk on cobblestone. The area is lovely, very well centered and walking distance to many of the sites such as Vatican City, Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain. Cristina is a gem!

Prime location property in the heart of city center. The host is super friendly and helpful. She made our stay easy and definitely went out of her way to help us and treated us to a complimentary treat! Only thing the property is on the second floor. The elevator is on the first so we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs to the elevator. Not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind

Christina and her staff could not have been more helpful with assisting us in navigating around the city and making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast every morning as ordered and on time. Room was delightful and cleaned each day. Will not hesitate to return to this wonderful place to stay that is also very convenient to the local tourist attractions and hot spots!

Perfect location and everything we needed. Walkable distance to all major tourist hotspots in Rome. Breakfast can be brought to your door at the time you require between 8am-10am. Christina was more than helpful throughout our stay. Can be a little loud at times outside but that didn’t bother us. Very happy with our choice.

Shops are around, the market is just nearby, friendly and responsible staff, clean spacious bathroom (soap and body&hair soap provided). They had a good hair dryer. I personally liked the bed as well. We didn't order breakfast, but complimentary croissants were provided! I loved it here. Just below is FYI: The place is not too close to public transportation (but less than 10 minutes away) and the roads are paved. So, if you have big suitcases and don't want to carry them, I recommend taking a taxi. The building has a small elevator, but you need to go up the stairs to the first floor to access it.

Hidden gem

Our hotel was a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived Christina was informative and friendly. She gave us a lay of the land, guided us on where to go and made sure our accommodations were intact and perfect. The room was overly spacious, the 15ft ceilings made it feel even grander. The bathroom was also super spacious with all the amenities including brand new slippers. JB Relais is a 15min walk away from all the sites with a market and piazza just outside your doors. Truly recommend this hotel stay.

Overall the stay was fine. Would I stay here again?… prob not. This is more of an airbnb than a hotel. The entrance to the residence is a little hard to find. Once inside, you have to climb flight of stairs before reaching a TINY elevator which fits about 2 people or one person and their luggage. The entrance to the actual rooms is small- a small reception area, then 3 doors to the different rooms. The room itself was clean and the bathroom was nice. There was a smell, like someone’s middle eastern cooking from a different apt, that was strong in our room. The location was pretty good. We did enjoy Campo Di Fiori right outside the residence and the restaurants and gelato shop. It’s about an 11 min walk to the Pantheon, 20 min walk to Trevi and Spanish Steps.

The room was beautiful; the host was so helpful and accommodating. The location of the property was perfect - a stones throw away from the markets, shops, many restaurants and bars - and all of the points of interest were close by. We walked everywhere.

Loved this place and Maria was the most amazing host. She went out of her way to help us get our luggage up and down to our room and called us a cab while pulling out suitcase a block down the street and got us a good deal for a cab so we would t get taken advantage of. The croissants she hung on the door each morning were such a treat and the coffee maker in the room made the perfect cup. We would definitely stay there again if we ever make it back to Rome.

So glad we chose to stay here for our honeymoon. The host Christina was so kind and lovely. Fresh pastries every morning and airport transfer organised to make our trip so much easier.
