I cannot say it is exactly a hotel but it is like an apartment with hotel rooms where the rooms was spacious and clean and most important it was warm which was needed after being out in the cold, the shower pressure was great. Staff were pleasant and very supportive specially Lucia she went extra miles for us.
One recommendation is to serve breakfast at le Terrazze di san Giovanni not using vouchers and have breakfast outside it will be more convenient
The best thing about this is the location which is a quiet, safe neighborhood, within a short walk subway trip to all the tourist attractions.
