Our stay at the loft was great. Perfect location for getting around Rome, and the Trastevere neighborhood was charming and vibrant. Patrick was a great communicator, and accommodating to allow us to drop off our bags prior to check-in.
Amazing location, in the heart of Trastevere but still quiet. Very nice apartment - cute functional kitchen. Bathrooms could use a facelift. But excellent stay.
This apartment was very cute and spacious, and surprisingly quiet. We loved Trastevere, it is a quaint town. Check in process was timely and in person, and she gave us a tour of the apartment. The only thing that I would give less than 4 or 5 stars for was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The shower did not drain and there is black mold on the caulk around bottom of the shower and on floor grout. We were only there 2 nights so I did not make a big deal about it. The rest of the apartment was clean.
The property was in a perfect location for food and tours. Property owners east to work with & were outstanding with the check in checkout process. Can’t wait to return.
Great location for homebase. We were only there for 24 hours, but the neighborhood is a beautiful part of Rome and has a truly unique personality. Excellent restaurants, shops, cafes and sights are all within short walking distance.
This place was perfect for our visit with our daughter who is in Rome for her semester abroad! Love Trastevere! The flat was clean and spacious. The host was very communicative and accommodating- letting us check in early as we landed from the US in the early AM. Bonus for me was access to diffuser hair dryer- curly hair!
We stayed at this apartment in Trastevere for one night during our trip to Italy. It is in the perfect location! The restaurants and piazzas are all very close walking distance. The apartment itself had everything we need. There are two bathrooms and two beds to easily accommodate 4 people. The host was very responsive and was flexible to help us get checked in during our late arrival. Anyone looking to stay in the heart of Trastevere should consider it a lucky advantage to stay at this apartment!

Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The apartment was in a phenomenal location and the layout worked well for our family of 5.
Amazing location, close to everything. The apartment had everything we needed. The host was most helpful in arranging car service from the airport and to the port. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
It’s a wonderful beautiful place! We absolutely loved it. The ceiling in second loft is very low, but we are only 5’ so it was ok, but be careful. Also be careful on front loft, railing is a little rickety.
The apartment is adorable, with dishes and everything you need, in the perfect walkable area to shops and dining. Neighborhood is so cute. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Very positive experience and I give it 5 starts. The only thing I will say, as a 60 year old and is nothing against the unit, location or host is that the neighborhood is lively so it's a little loud at night and there are stairs up to the beds so navigating that at night to use the restroom is not ideal. But that's a me issue or older guest.
Pick this apartment for an outstanding authentic experience in Rome. We love the winding alleys of Trastevere and this rental was right in the heart of it, nearby multiple eating and drinking establishments. Can’t wait to return!
The apartment is in an excellent location, lots of great restaurants and shops. There is quite a bit of space, even for 4 adults but the bathrooms are very small. Our only comment is that it may not be suitable for 60 (like us) as the loft bedrooms are accessible by ladder and steep stairs. It is not possible to bring suitcases into the lofts, so they must be stored elsewhere in the apartment. Overall though, it was a good stay.
We LOVE staying in Trastevere and this apartment was a great home base during our stay. Central, had all the amenities we needed, and room for our family to spread out. I knew the ceilings were low from reviews and the photos but it was quite precarious navigating the stairs and low ceilings for late night bathroom trips! Otherwise, a great stay.
We enjoyed our stay. Check in was super easy and the place was spacious for Rome. The place was as pictured. There was a minor plumbing issue and the showers could have used a good scrub. Otherwise, it was perfect for our needs. Perfect location.
Leopard 28-Loft in Trastevere, was a fantastic location to experience Rome. It is within a leisurely walk (35 min to St. Peters, 50 min to the Colosseum, 25 min to the Pantheon---if you walk quickly, time would be less) of many main attractions. In the late afternoon, sidewalk restaurants come to life which are right around each corner. Evenings are active with friends and family gathering in this neighborhood. Patrick responded quickly. His Mom met us and demonstrated clearly how to use the keys. He kindly allowed us to leave our luggage since our last tour was 2 hours beyond check out. Pictures are accuratewith a little, as to be expected, wear.
Patrick was super responsive and charming online. We never met him but his mother welcomed us upon our arrival. The place is Trastevere was in a perfect location. We travelled with our 3 grown sons and had more than enough room. The restaurants, river walk and easy access to Rome was perfect! One evening we blew the circuit breaker ☹️ but Patrick was super quick to reply and have it fixed before we got back from our food tour. Would definitely stay there again!
Patrick was helpful/communicated very well and the location was extremely convenient. We loved the neighborhood and the apartment was pretty quiet even for being a ground floor. The only potential downside was that both loft bedrooms were short ceilings and you couldn't stand up all the way. We didn't mind since we weren't planning on spending a ton of time there, but if you had mobility challenges it could have been difficult.
The apartment is delightful. It is in a wonderful neighborhood, close enough to be within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The only issue we had was the height of the loft bedroom ceilings. They are really low. After we bumped our heads half a dozen times, we solved the issue by keeping one hand on the beds as we walked up there. As long as we stayed bent over, it was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with coffee (very important) and our host was always available. Thanks very much for sharing your home, Patrick. It helped make our visit to Rome truly delightful.

Not a great experience
I don’t normally provide reviews if I can’t be positive but felt that I should comment.
Communication with the host was good, but when we arrived at about 5pm the host’s associate met us at the door to let us know that the cleaning person had not arrived. He quickly arranged for someone else to clean and accommodated our request to make up the pull out couch vs the bed in the front loft. We came back 2 hours later to allow them time to prepare the apartment.
Both large beds are in lofts. The front loft has higher ceilings, but the stairs to get there are not for the faint of heart and I did not feel they were safe for my husband to navigate. The back loft has very low ceilings- you can’t stand in that space. My daughter slept there and we slept in the pullout couch, which was not comfortable. The apartment did not have blackout curtains and was very bright when cars/vespas moved about outside.
The kitchen was cute, but not clean per the above. The larger bath was okay in size by EU standards, but the smaller one is not terribly usable as it is so tiny. Both showers were a little frightening as they were tiny and had a lot of mold. We decided to forgo showers.
The location was okay, as it had some nearby restaurants and a few shops, but the neighborhood was noisy and it had a lot of graffiti everywhere. This was a very different experience than when we stayed in another area in Trastavere.
We were just there for 1 night and were happy that we didn’t stay longer.
