Just a Class A hotel with good management-service and a reasonable rate. What is especially notable is the quality of construction: no noise problems and a spa like bathroom. One of the nicest hotels we have ever visited.

A Great Boutique Hotel in a true Roman Neighborhood! Place has Tons of Character! Area is very old going back to Roman times! There is parking across the street. Our room was very clean, & again, a lot of old world character! Restaurant onsite is also very good! We were able to get a train downtown from the Frascoti Station.

Beautiful hotel

Love this beautiful hotel. It is a quaint and quiet neighborhood. The attached restaurant was amazing. We sat on their patio, but the actual restaurant was also beautiful. The food and wine were delicious. The breakfast in the morning was great. Easy taxi ride to the airport. Very helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel and without a doubt would stay here again.

Beautiful grounds with unique rooms and features. The rooms are small but have everything you need and the front desk does their absolute best to accommodate. Excellent food and gelato within a 5 minute walk in an extremely quiet and quaint neighborhood. A quick 20 minute bus ride to the Rome Metro station and another 20 minute train to Rome. Come here if you want to be close to Rome but not IN Rome! Bed is on the firmer side but very comfortable. Only complaint was air conditioning (cooling) was not available due to the whole hotel being on the winter system. Seems like only heating or only cooling is available - however this is common to older hotels in Rome. Wifi was very poor but not an huge issue. Overall had a great stay!!

Love this hotel

We have stayed here before and it was just as good as the first time. The bathroom is beautiful. We visited Nemi and Castel Gandolfo, which are nearby villages that are beautiful. Also the wine country for the area is very nearby too.

Incredible place to stay. It has a retreat feel with outstanding accommodations, food, and Italian authenticity. Floridians needing the AC cooler greatly appreciated the willingness to override the preset temp of 25 degrees C. Awesome value!

We chose this hotel, based on its excellent reviews… We were not disappointed! This hotel is the most charming place and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there both before and after taking a cruise. Pretty hotel with an excellent restaurant popular with locals. Pasta and meat dishes were terrific. Free parking, nice town next to Frascati. Easy train ride into central Rome. The regular room is small but comfortable. Internet service was horrible while we were there.

The Charm of Old Italy

This is a small fabulous hotel close to Ciampino airport. For our last night l, I wanted one more taste of Italy - this is a winner. The hotel is exposed beams, charming details and genuine Italian people. The restaurant next door was the surprise, incredible food and an old wine cellar converted to a fabulous taverna. Wine by the pitcher and portions that are large by American measures. It was an incredible last evening in Italy.

After checking in and seeing our room, we discovered that it was not the demi-suite we booked and that the air conditioning in the hotel was not functional. When I addressed our concerns to the front desk, they offered us another room on the first floor which was slightly cooler but still had no AC and still extremely warm. It was also smaller than the room we booked. We decided to leave and booked a room elsewhere. I felt like we were being taken advantage of as American tourists.

Todo muy bien para ser un hotel pequeño y de pueblo. La habitación muy cómoda y el baño también muy bien. El desayuno está muy bueno. Lo único es que pensé tenía parqueadero. Aunque si lo tienen muy cerca pero es un parqueadero público y es pequeño. Igual quedamos muy satisfechos!
