The bedroom is on a lovely loft, the kitchen is equipped, two bathrooms: with shower on the ground floor, the second with a huge bath on the second loft, the living room has precious design elements of the 70s.
The large terrace (100sqm) overlooks the picturesque landscape of Garbatella. A place out of time, from which you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful light of the stars at night.
The house is nestled in the gardens of the Garbatella this ensures silence and peace, and the opportunity to wander through the streets, stairs and gardens of this charming neighborhood unique.
Within walking distance from the house there is a wide range of bars and restaurants.
