Rome for a week

Good and fast service. And close to the metro. But the bed was extremely hard! No wardrobe and bad water pressure.

arrival nightmare

Nice room with good facilities private spa and sauna but really hard arrival never received the instruction to get inside by email as mention in the description we had to contact hotel.com they contacted the host for us because we add sim plan for data only you need a cel phon and add application to be able get inside the room we was waiting 1h30 front of door before the agent can fix it for us Siggestion put key box outside the bullding and send the code to the client by email before the check in time

Die Klima funktionierte anfangs nicht. Es läuft alles über Anweisungen per WhatsApp und über eine App. Es ist sehr unpersönlich und hackt einige Male im Detail (Außentür öffnet sich nicht, Klima lässt sich nicht starten, Whirlpool Funktionen sind vorhanden müssen aber selbst erkundet werden). Hier wäre eine Alternative kurze Erklärbideos anzufertigen und/oder Manuels aufzulegen). Egal wir haben damit allerdings viel Zeit vergeudet und auch Urlaubsfreude. Suite Ansicht war in einem richtig coolen Design! Anbindung an U-Bahn war gut, trotzdem schon eher ganz am Ende der Linie A was doch längere Fahrzeiten bedeutet, vorallem da die Öffis sehr unzuverlässig waren.

Wir hatten das Zimmer Alhambra ❤️ so wunderschön eingerichtet, das Zimmer war Sauber, Bett gemütlich, Whirlpool Trauuumhhaftt ! Wir hatten nur ein Problem mit dem App, die innen Tür konnten wir öffnen doch mit den anderen Türen hatten wir ein Problem. Sonst lief alles Suuupperr
