Excellent communication from the hosts. The apartment was ready for our arrival (well before check in) which was massively appreciated. Spacious, well-equipped, clean. Good WiFi and air conditioning. Literally the only thing missing was an electric kettle but we used the hob with ease.

Our family stayed a couple of nights in this newly renovated maisonette loft and enjoyed it very much. We felt very safe and comfortable in this spacious place! Enjoyed having TV, kitchen a nice table with bench. Very quick communication and very friendly hosts. Definitely recommend it.

Fantastic ground floor apartment with private terrace. 10 min walk from metro station, or a short bus ride away. Spotlessly clean, great facilities and the AC was a blessing in summer.

This is a very nice, clean and spacious property, in a quieter neighborhood near a Roman aqueduct. The host was one of the best communicators I've ever dealt with in many decades of traveling - they were accessible, responsive and accommodating. My only wish would be to have the Metro station a bit closer. Beyond that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location and place tonstay! Private and super clean! Only real negative was the lack of parking on premises, have to find a parking garage nearby so heads up if you have a rental car like we did. Really enjoyed the stay though!

This is the worst hotel/property experience we ever have by far. We booked the "Loft, City View" apartments from this Property, via Expedia, which indicated that we'll check-in and pay at the Property. When we arrived outside the Property, there is no reception office or person to check us in. We had to call them, fill-in the on-line registration forms, scan and submit our Passports for each member of our family. Also, we had to pay in-full before they sent us the QR code to get inside the building. That was all done under 36 deg Summer heat outdoor. To our surprise, the apartments were not the "Loft, City View" units specified. The one I got was a basement unit. I had to drag my luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs (30 steps total) to get there. Once inside, there is a strong damp, choking mildew smell due to lack of ventilation. All the windows were up-high, non-opening, and with frosted glass. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was a joke: 4" square type computer fan suspended an inch away from the wall with no casing. Hardly any fresh air would get in since all the doors are quite air-tight too. Along the walls, I had spotted over 20 places with mildew stains, peeling paint, and paster bulging & fallen off due to moisture and water damage. I have photos to prove it. There were oil stains over the countertop. I'll be ashamed to rent such unit out. In fact, they just want the money, do nothing, but take advantage of our situation. Stay far away from this Property!

Jättefin och fräsch lägenhet med öppna ytor och fullt utrustat kök. Smidigt med QR kod för passage och incheckning. Nära till Termini station, buss, spårvagn och tunnelbana. Flera matbutiker i närområdet. Lite lyhört från trapphus, andra lägenheter och från gatan men i det stora hela var det toppen!

Das Apartment war über zwei Etagen. Oben das Schlafzimmer und Bad. Unten die Küche und das Bett für die Kinder. In die Wohnung gelangt man per QR-Code. Klappte super. Es ist aber sehr hellhörig gewesen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es nur gegen Gebühren und es ist meistens voll. Für 4 Personen ist es sehr eng. Der Esstisch ist sehr eng aber ok. Die Ausgangslage ist gut. In 30min ist man fussläufig am Colosseum. Zur nächsten Metrostation läuft man 10min und kommt schnell zum Petersdom.
