My wife and I have never stayed at any hotel like this before. We truly hope that it won't be the last time. Between the location, the beautiful and clean room, the fresh, hot croissants delivered to your door every morning, this was a wonderful experience.

The staff was very helpful and informative. We arrived after their reception was closed but they sent us everything we needed to access the facility and our room. We were also able to leave our luggage onsite after we checked out and before leaving Rome.

Really enjoyed the location of the property, and the lady that was on staff during the day. The lift was very small and had to be managed in multiple trips with luggage, and if somebody didn't close the door we had to climb four flights of stairs. The room wasn't quiet what we expected from the pictures, but still very comfortable considering we spent most the day out anyway. Location couldn't be beat as it was walkable to almost all of the sites. Unfortunately we spent a couple days with a broken refrigerator but they changed it out on our last day. Very noisy at night due to people on the street.

Great location. A little out of the way - but the stay was great. Our room was smaller but very well maintained and outfitted. The reception staff member was an absolute delight and was very helpful. Great AC - would absolutely stay again!

We had a room with a balcony with was amazing. And then being able to step outside and start wandering into the heart of Rome. This place is such a gem-walking distance to Pantheon, steps off Spain, Fontana Di Trevi, St Peter’s Basilica, Vatican, Colloseum we enjoyed every walks into the cobblestone everyday for 3 days, has the best Tiramisu in town (TwoSizes), best Gelato(Gelateria La Romana & Frigidarium), Roscioli Forno(great pizza and Maritozzo). I would definitely come back and stay here again when I’m in Rome and would highly recommend to try it. The staff were very helpful and very nice. You get your own espresso machine and fresh croissants every morning, on the house. Thank you Roma! Til we meet again!!!

Valentina was fantastic - at check in she helped with tour info, restaurant choices, and gave map details. She also arranged for transport to the airport. The location was perfect and walkable to so many of the major spots. The bed was extremely comfortable. The croissants provided in the morning were the best ever!! I would definitely stay there again.
