We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful, clean, renovated and safe place. Close to many attractions in Rome and in walking distance to train station. Easy access to public transport and local restaurants. Very helpful and responsive remote help desk. Excellent property and good communication from Rossella. Only thing to bear in mind is you won't get a daily room service/ clean, as its not a hotel, however it was not a problem for us as we keep it tidy. Overall recommended as it is walkable distance from the Termini station and colosseum- almost in centre of both.

Great location, clean, plenty of room, large bathroom and shower, separate bedroom, 2 smart TVs, 4 chair dining table, 2 sofas (1 size of twin bed) lots of storage, thick walls, good security system, nice kitchen with accessories, quiet except for neighbors heavy door closing, convenient trash bins on entry floor. Slight negatives were no real window view, a couple blocks further out from active street, and hot water for 3 may be limited.

We stayed here over Christmas and it was great! Very clean and modern. It had everything we needed. It was close to many attractions and public transportation. The owner provided us with all the information to check in and checked in on us throughout stay. I would definitely recommend!

Great location, near to the Coliseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and other great attractions. The apartment is located in a very secure street (around the corner from the main police station) and is very quiet with many restaurants and other convenient services. The apartment is very spacious with an interior patio and has all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. Rosella was very attentive and even help us with our transportation from the airport to the apartment. Great experience and will strongly recommend

Would not stay in this property more than 1 night. Check in was contactless, host sends a link for you to pay tourist taxes and have to send pictures of travelers passports. Then, they send you a code to get in. Felt somewhat unsafe as there’s a door that leads to the apartment but can’t open it from within. The apartment was somewhat run down, seems they only do a quick broom clean before guests arrive. The shower was clogged, you realize when it’s too late. I raised it to the host so hopefully they addressed it for future guests. Wasn’t thrilled about the location nor the apartment’s vibes. Good for a night, wouldn’t see myself and my family staying there longer. Had a little patio that as soon as you open has such an strong food odor, best to keep doors closed.

Rom i 5 dage med familien

Meget lækker lejlighed med alt hvad der var nødvendigt for et behageligt ophold. En central og rigtig god placering. ingen trafikstøj eller gener. Gode senge (hvilket er vigtigt for os). Eneste minus var at balkonen ligger lige op imod baggården på en indisk restaturant, og der lugtede konstant og meget kraftigt af mad, så balkonen nærmest var ubrugelig, hvilket er det eneste der trækker oplevelsen ned fra 5 tik 4 stjerner. Selve Lejligheden var der intet at udsætte på - noget af det bedste vi har oplevet længe. Der mangler dog lidt flere glas og kopper i køkkenet, når man er 5 i lejligheden

初めてのアパートメント滞在。 自分で鍵を開けて入るということに不安がありましたが、事前にくわしい解錠方法や連絡先とのやり取りで安心することが出来ました。 間違えて電話にコールをしてしまった際、直ぐに折り返しの電話もくれました。とてもフレンドリーな雰囲気です。 立地はコロッセオやトレビの泉にも行きやすく、またローマに滞在する時には利用させて頂きたいと思います。
