Andrea from the bar was exceptional!

Very clean hotel, love the modern replacement to carpet in the room. Andrea (hope I spelt his name correct!) from the bar was exceptional, gave us very reasonable price mini buffet because restaurant was shut. Also helped us opening bottles of our own wine free of charge

Internet was not working properly for the length of my stay (3 days), and for a business trip it’s crucial. This problem should have been fixed in 24h. I selected Novotel because for their reputation and had no problem in the past but this time I am very dispointed. The rest was correct.

This is one of the best Hotel's I've stayed in, especially for the price. The room was nice, the bed was comfy, the rain head shower was awesome, I would have stayed there every night while in Italy but was traveling to other areas. Would highly recommend staying here!
