Accommodating, clean and conveniently located.

Service was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, and we were allowed to leave our bags so we could grab a bite and then were allowed to check in about an hour early.

Excellent Security 3 Blocks From Roma Termini

The primary building of the 4 in this hotel complex is located at Via Varese, 5 and is the one I like to stay at as it has 24-hour desk personnel on duty and safe boxes in the rooms. When another building of the 4 I was assigned to didn't have either, the manager upgraded me at no charge to a larger room in the Via Varese, 5 building that had a safe box at no charge. This building has excellent security and is only 2-3 blocks from Rome's main train station, Roma Termini, which is great. My room showed its age and could definitely use a refresh, but it is very basic, functional, and clean so the price is reasonable for what you get. The management and other personnel are very friendly and helpful and I stay here all the time when I stop over for my short stays in Rome and will continue to do so in the future.

Clean, good price, nice staff!

The design is not new or modern but the room and bathroom is very clean. Everyday, somebody makes the bed which is unexpectedly amazing. Got a tv and air con in the room. It’s a good price to stay there.

We were lucky that we had an upgrade for the room. We had a lot of space for the two of us, in a four person room. The residence lays near by the center city, which makes it easy to walk in and to the area.

The bathroom was horrible. The shower door would fall off the rails and water would accumulate to your ankles. Addressed the issue to the front desk and the man at the desk said they know and happens all the time. We booked a room at the hotel we thought we had booked but when we showed up they sent us to another hotel that was farther then from what we booked and had to cross a major road to get to the room

Great location, terrible beds

The pros: the location close to Termini Station; lots of good restaurants in the area; located in a relatively quiet and safe area. The room was clean and well-maintained. The con: the bed was incredibly hard and painful to sleep on; the pillows were so thin as to be essentially non-existant. I would probably stay here again because of the price, but they could invest in a few pillowtops for the mattresses.

Address given was incorrect. They sent us to another address a few blocks away who then sent us to a different building (they have several apartments converted to rooms). Didn’t expect much for the price but the shower head was broken and the shower drained so slowly we had to keep shutting off the shower in order to not flood the place.
