Bed and breakfast, conveniently located

This bed and breakfast was cozy, clean, and in great condition. The staff was professional and friendly. It was centrally located to all major tourist attractions via walking or metro/subway.

El hotel es una estafa. No nos abrieron la puerta

Queremos la devolución del dinero. Llegamos al lugar y jamás nos abrieron la puerta el lugar donde se encuentra el hospedaje es zona sucia y desolada. Necesito que me devuelvan el dinero porque a pesar que pagamos la habitación nunca nos abrieron la puerta y llamamos por teléfono y tampoco nos respondieron. Nos dejaron con mi familia sin hospedaje

Péssima experiência em Pianeta Roma

Minha estadia foi péssima no hotel Pianeta , primeiramente o hotel contratado não foi o mesmo que nos foi colocado, chegando no local indicado na reserva não havia ninguém no endereço, só conseguimos receber informações que era em outro local graças a uma pessoa que passava na rua que por sorte ligou para o número que estava no interfone. Fizemos contato com o proprietário que nos mandou ir para outro local mais distante chegando lá também fazer não havia ninguém pedimos outra pessoa que passava para fazer outra ligação novamente o atendente nos mandou entrar em um prédio de difícil acesso lugar escondido em meio a varias salas, por telefone ele nos indicou o caminho. Elevador antigo que só cabe duas pessoas. Não havia ninguém para nos receber tivemos dificuldades em achar o quarto pois o ambiente era um lugar cheio de portas.O quarto faltava uma cama pedimos um quarto quádruplo e o quarto era triplo e só mais tarde veio uma cama péssima. Ficamos durante toda a estadia sem atenção. Todos os dias uma pessoa chegava para fazer o café da manhã que era péssimo, biscoitos e pães dormidos alguns já duros.Todos os dias colocava as mesmas coisas. No local não havia mesa nem cadeira para tomarmos o café, tínhamos que levar para o quarto sem nem uma bandeja,o atendente parece que queria que tomássemos o café rápido para ir embora sem um pingo de paciência. Enfim foi uma péssima experiência. Não recomendo PIANETA ROMA. As fotos que consta no Hoteis.com não condizem com o lugar. ,

Great location, clean and affordable room.

The hotel was very close to the Cipro station. The room was spacious and clean. Our highlight was the service. The attendant (I forgot his name but he works during the weekdays) was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us with our luggage, checked us in, and made sure we had breakfast readily made. I will definitely stay again if I ever find myself in Rome.

L’etat des lieux était défriché . Les chambres méritent un gros coup de peinture. Les toilettes ont besoin de rénovations. Moisissures dans les murs. Bol de toilette ne restant pas en place murs des chambres sales. Le petit déjeuner est limité. Nous étions 7 et ne pouvions manger car ils manquaient de la nourriture. Donc certains sont restés sur leur faim.

Bad experience and not recommended

The owner was very rude and irresponsible. Didn’t want to guide us to his place and cut the phone call while I still had a query on parking facilities. It’s not a hotel, just a B&B room and not worth for the money. No free parking provided as mentioned in the booking, have to find own paid parking in the highly densed area.

매일 하우스 키핑으로 되어있어 예약을 진행했지만 3일동안 숙박동안 침대커버는 물론 단 하나의 수건도 교체되지 않았다. 호스트에게 하우스 키핑을 요구했지만, 자신의 숙박업소에서는 그런일은 절대 일어 날 수 없다고 답변을 들었다.(호스트답변: 너는 매일 집에서 수건을 교체하니?) 호스트의 답변에 대해 대답할 가치도 없었다. 숙박비도 집요하게 현금을 요구했고 현금이 없다니까 매일 매일 현금으로 나눠내라고 압박했다, 심지어 3명으로 예약했는데도 추가 요금을 요구했으며 (여기어 묵을 사람은 지불내역을 꼭 인쇄해가길 추천한다.) 방에 양치시에 사용할 일회용 컵조차 없었다. 전반적으로 리모델링한지 얼마되지 않아서 깨끗했지만, 춥고 습했다. 호스트의 무례함에 다시는 B&B에 묵고 싶지 않았다.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, accoglienza molto cortese, posizione ottima per visitare la città, stanza pulita. Nella struttura dove ho soggiornato la mattina era presente una ragazza gentilissima per aiutare nella preparazione della colazione che è self-service. Consigliato

Schönes Hotel

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat war, dass unser Zimmer sehr hellhörig war und man von den Zimmernachbarn wirklich alles mitbekommen hat. Trotzdem würden wir einen Aufenthalt dort empfehlen, es war alles sehr sauber, allerdings bitte gute Ohropax mitnehmen!
