Great location, walkable to restaurants, parks and attractions. The pool is not open to children at all! Also, access to the pool and spa is pricey at 75 euros per 2 hours. That’s a separate property for that price and should not be advertised with the hotel.

The staff and cleanliness of the property was faultless. The property however is a little disappointing, rooms are very small and not really luxurious. Unfortunately the Spa is extra on top of the already quite high room rate. Location is convenient however.

I have to admit , this is a different kind of property , not for all , very unique , the location is great , the staff were friendly, the rooms are what they show online , hard to describe but functional , comfy bed , the heat pump is very noisy in my room 637 should get serviced for a good night sleep , the shower which I prefer to take would not be everyone cup of tea , does the job , lots of hot water which is important to me , roof top view are beautiful at night Great value for the money , I enjoyed my stay Marc Canada

Romanico Hotel

The hotel staff were so accommodating and helpful. Place was in a good location. My issue was with hotels.com. I reached out as the price shown on expedia and other sites was considerably less than what i was charged thru them. They refused to help. I will never use Hotels.com again.

Location was very good. 15 min to spanish steps.5 mintues to park. It was a bit pricey for what they offered. I was surprised that breakfast wasn't included for that price. Also, beds weren't really queen sized. More like 2 double beds. The gym downstairs were only 2 machines and it was inconvenient to use. I had to ask a staff to come down and open door. Spa portion of gym wasn't included but it was just a small pool and a lounge chair. Would not pay for spa there.

This property was very well situated for walking into the city. However, we booked on the basis of there being outside seating and a roof terrace. Thi swas not open and there was building work going on att the time we were there which we were never offered any apolgies over. The lifts were small yet were dominated by staff and builders taking cement up to the top floor which did indeed break one of the lifts. I have a leg injury but was forced to climb multiple flights of stairs to get to my room. The gym facilities which we used were small and the air con was not working. They also smelt, as did the spa which we viewed but decided not to pay the extortionate extra charge for to use the pool. All in all a disappointment.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Room clean and as only used as a place to sleep and shower was perfect. Amenities all working in the room. Staff polite and helpful. We had breakfast once and were not impressed, hot food was luke warm and all the fruit was tinned fruit nothing fresh. We ate out every day other than that. Hotel in walking distance to many attractions and if not front desk can order a taxi which was no more than a 4 min wait. We suggest you take a card from the Hotel with you to show taxis for coming back as only one knew where it was. Had a great stay and Rome was wonderful. Would stay here again
