A ten minute walk from termini. The staff was so kind and helpful. The room is slightly outdated. There is a restaurant around the corner that likes to stay up late and I could hear them from the room.

Very convenient location and friendly staff, but thin walls, outside noise late at night and AC wasn't working correctly. Within walking distance of the metro, very nice location. The bed wasn't too comfortable - it felt like two twins pushed together so there was a depression in the middle. At night my room got above 24C and i mentioned it twice but nobody ever came to check the room. I opened the window at night but there is a restaurant/bar nearby and they were quite noisy until about 3am. . . Even with the window closed and on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for those in the USA), i could still hear them; which made for some warm nights.

This property did not live up to its billing. It was very loud and we had crowds of school kids staying which led to noise, knocking on doors, changing the signs from do not disturb to needs cleaning, etc. The plumbing was awful with the shower changing from scalding to freezing in an instant and is frankly dangerous. I would not stay there again.

The property was closed ! Was sent to another hotel called (No To Hotel ) the name was right NO don't stay here!. The First night the A/c goes out at 3am I wake up sweating! I call the exception on the phone in the room no answer I called the reception on my cell phone no answer I had to go down to the front reception I asked him can you fix this he says it's not my job! Horrible customer service! They even took my cell phone charger and nice found it !

Excelente hotel

Adorei esse hotel. Os recepcionistas são muito atenciosos e buscam ajudar no que for necessário. A localização é excelente. Dá para ir andando aos principais pontos turísticos ou, se for necessário, há um metrô bem próximo. Há também comércios, como mercado e restaurante, na região. O quarto tem uma decoração típica italiana, estava bem limpo, é espaçoso e bem confortável. Ocafé da manhã é típico italiano também e, apesar de simples, dá para se servir bem.

Kom fram til hotellet, fikk vite at de hadde booket oss om på et annet hotel. Ca 400 m å gå. Nytt hotell lå i en bakgård, ikke så veldig trivelig. Trangt rom. Frokost veldig enkel. Misfornøyd ned hele opplegget.

Per la prima volta nella mia vita, ho dovuto chiedere il cambio di stanza poichè la prima era invasa dalle cimici dei letti. Probabilmente anche a causa dell’alta temperatura nella stanza (che a me non dispiaceva neppure), non appena mi sono sdraiato sul letto, sono stato letteralmente assalito da almeno 20 (quelle che sono riuscito a contare e uccidere) disgustosi insetti che, prima che realizzassi quello che stava accadendo, mi hanno riempito di morsi a mani e collo. A distanza di una settimana, e dopo cure mediche, la situazione ora pare essersi risolta. Il personale dell’hotel é stato gentilissimo e molto collaborativo e mi hanno messo subito a disposizione le varie camere disponibili, in sostituzione della mia. La seconda stanza era sana e confortevole, silenziosa, calda al punto giusto e ragionevolmente spaziosa,generalmente pulita (anche se in entrambe le camere erano presenti alcuni lunghi capelli), con lenzuoli puliti anche se un poco strappati. In una delle camere la doccia non aveva la tendina per evitare che gli schizzi finissero sul pavimento. Hotel situato a meno di 10 minuti a piedi da Termini e da Repubblica, 5 dal museo di palazzo Massimo. Colazione davvero ad un prezzo irrisorio e pure piuttosto variegata e con cibo fresco, non confezionato e gustoso.

ホテルは清潔で受付対応もよく、朝食も美味しかった。ひとつ残念なのは、ホテルの目の前が貧困者層の溜り場で、夜中まで煩い。危険は感じないが、女性は、ちょっと怖いかも。

A személyzet nagyon kedves és segitőkész volt, bármilyen kérdéssel fordultam hozzájuk nagyon segitőkészen álltak hozzám. Kijelentkezés után a pogyásszommat is otthagyhattam egy kulcsrazárt szobában, ami hatalmas segitség volt az aznapi programok miatt. A szoba lehűtve, kitakaritva várt. Ezenkivül kiváló helyen van szerintem a központban, egy kis sétával a metró is könnyen elérhető, amivel 20 percen belül bármi megközelithető. Én csak ajánlani tudom őket. +++
