Max was amazing, he gave us the best routes to take, best restaurants to eat, and the hotel is located on an amazing shopping strip. Highly recommend staying here!!!
Max was wonderful. He contacted us prior to arrival to ensure he could be there in person to great us and show us to our rooms. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome!
What a good find, well appointed clean apartment in excellent location. Host Max was very friendly, helpful and informative. Would definitely stay again. The only thing it would benefit from is supply of breakfast, although there are plenty of places for breakfast within walking distance.
Very nice room and loved the comfortable bed.
Great amenities. Max, the property manager, was attentive and very helpful. We stayed 3 nights. It’s in a great location. Walked to Vatican, Sant Angelo, restaurants. Got picked up by Uber a few times. Close to grocery store and lots of cool shops.
I highly recommend this place. It was amazing and. Specially Max, the owner was very friendly and helpful 💯good job 👍

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Max was very friendly and nice when he welcomed us for the check-in. The room was clean and spacious. We had an issue with hot showers not working on the first day but everything was great other than that. Would want to come back to see Max again in Rome!
Great quiet and clean accommodation in a wonderful location. Max met us and was very helpful with good advice about nearby locations, transport and restaurants. We would certainly stay here again when next in Rome.
We had a fantastic 2 day stay! We rented two rooms, and both were big, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and inviting. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.
Max, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.
Wonderful stay near the Vatican. My wife, daughter, and I spent 4 nights at the property and truly enjoyed it. The room was spacious, clean, and had all needed amenities. The neighborhood was quiet, close to transit and lots of great restaurants. The host was helpful and accommodating at every stage. We would certainly stay again and recommend it to anyone travelling to Rome
Great location. Walking distance to the Vatican with great shopping and food choices. Property is hidden away with a central courtyard. Only a few rooms so it was quiet. Max was very accommodating and assisted with our local transportation.
Bit peculiar to find Max's property but once we were there it was perfect. So clean and modern inside and the location was just right doe sightseeing in Rome. Max had excellent suggestions on our arrival for places to see and eat, and communication was very good.
Wonderful gem of a guest house here.
Max met up and let us drop our bags off early. He chatted with us for a bit and was helpful about making suggestions as to what to do with our time and where to get lunch and dinner nearby. He also messaged us when the room was ready so we could freshen up.
Our stay here was great. Max was great communicating with us to arrange check-in. Because he does not stay on site he was a bit rushed to leave. The room was clean, a good size and king bed. The shower is too small.
The building and elevators are old, but the rooms have been renovated and are easy to use.
Max at the reception desk was helpful and explained everything in detail.
Hotel is next door to a large supermarket / department store and close to the Vatican also walking distance from the Trevi Fountain!
Wifi is unstable. Connected but not connected to the internet frequently.
10/10 experience! I cannot recommend this property enough! This was my first time visiting Rome and, even before my stay began, Max was super communicative and made me feel at ease.
The room itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable. It had a beautiful window with French doors that offered a view of the street below and it was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Rome.
The location couldn’t have been better. It’s only an 10-15 minute walk away from Vatican City and it’s close to everything (restaurants, shopping, etc.). I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Rome!
I don’t think there is a high enough mark for the level of service provided by Max! The hotel is lovely and the location is perfect. The service and care Max provided is truly what made my stay perfect. I was driving in from Florence with a rental car to drop off my bags and check in before dropping off my car. I shared my location with Max via WhatsApp and he was waiting for me outside of the hotel to welcome me and ensure a smooth check in. Max treated me like family and provided excellent tips for dining. It was hard to say goodbye to him! The rooms are beautiful and the hotel has 4 rooms so it’s very intimate and very secure. Perfect end to my trip!
Stayed two nights in Rome before heading east, and the location was perfect for us. We were close to many many great restaurants and coffeehouses, and spent one day walking from the hotel to the Spanish stairs, the fountain and coliseum. The area felt very safe and quiet but still busy with a buzzing feel.
But on top of all this, the best was still the host Max. He kept in contact with us before we arrived to make sure we were coming in and if we needed anything, and even tho we landed after check in hours, he kept in touch and came to the hotel to welcome us. Great service minded guy and helped us with maps, gave us his personal number for texting stupid questions like what pizzeria he recommended etc.
The hotel itself is an apartment Max rebuild to 4 separate hotel rooms with its own bathroom. Good space, we were 3 people (one 12 y/o) with couple of bags but didn’t feel crowded. Good beds, clean bathroom and we weren’t bothered by any noise at all.
If we go back to Rome, we have to try get a reservation at his hotel again.
