The area was very nice and centrally located. Lots of places to eat and a very nice room for the price and area. I would book at this hotel again if and when info back to Rome.

It was our first visit to Rome, and the location was amazing! It was so close to absolutely everything! Also, Gianacarlo took such great care and gave us excellent recommendations for dining. Our stay made Rome so pleasant and fun. I hope to come back!!! We were quite literally at the top of the Spanish steps and it was just so nice.

Amazing place. Worth going to Rome just for the view from the balcony. Fabulous room and service. A true gem. Only place we will stay in when in Rome from now. Super nice host.

The Ricciardelli Luxury Appartments are a real find. Great location at the top of the Spanish Steps. The accommodation is very comfortable and both the owner and his staff are very responsive and helpful. This is a real gem.

Great location, perfect for couples.

Wonderful location at the top of the Spanish steps. Great views! Friendly owner and staff. Lots of activity for people watching over the Spanish steps area. We walked to many things. Very safe area and we used the metro a few times. Only small issue was not restocking the coffee and water in the room every morning.

The Tramonto Panoramic Studio Suite is positively Amazing... it was very large with more than enough room for 2 people. The Terrace has the absolute BEST view of Rome and the Vatican you could hope for. Giancarlo truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. All of the staff were more than welcoming and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was extremely generous and truly started your day off on the right foot.

The Tramonto Panoramic Studio Suite is positively Amazing... it was very large with more than enough room for 2 people. エレベーター降りた瞬間、素敵な景色に驚きました。部屋もとてもオシャレです。朝食をサーブしてくださる方もとても感じの良い方で、美味しくいただきました。 難点は、壁が薄いのか隣室のアジア人男性の電話の話し声が深夜にうるさかったこと、洗面台の蛇口が邪魔で使いにくいこと、コンディショナーがなかなか補充されず、されたと思ったら今度はボディローションが空っぽだったこと、飲用水が最初に一本しか用意されないこと、建物に入ってすぐに階段しかないのでスーツケースの扱いに少し苦労したことなどがありました。

The only good part was the location. Otherwise we were extremely disappointed. Very unfriendly host, was told we "didn't need a blanket" when we requested one. Very average breakfast. Didn't change the linens or towels. I could go on, but overall just very disappointed, especially for the price.

We stayed at the studio with a balcony called "Tromonto". It has a breathtaking view. The owner was the nicest man ever. The apartment was in the best location. A 5 star experience. We loved everything.
