The place surpassed all my expectations. The price is unbelievably affordable for the size of the room, The only thing that did not work was the AC, which may just needed new batteries on the remote. Otherwise, all good for a 1 night stay for us.

We chose this location for its good reviews of price, room size and location close to public transportation for one week stay. There was a former breakfast room that provided self serve coffee and continental breakfast. There was daily room service. We were happy with everything except the check in process which was somewhat challenging. And the wifi which was essentially only available in hallways and common breakfast room because of the large buildings walls.

My two day stay here was mediocre. The day I arrived was the public transport strike and after a 1.5 hr wait for a taxi at the Roma Termini train station, I arrived in 20 minutes. There was no one to open the front door and I had to contact the management on WhatsApp. After some wait, some resident in that property was walking out and I managed to get in. The door code and instructions were clearly mentioned on WhatsApp. For a bed and breakfast, it was OK. It’s a 30 minute walk to St Peter’s square. Urbana bus stop is just in front of the door. I had a tour booked at 9:00 am on Saturday and even at 8 am, the breakfast was not available. When at 8:15 I was getting out, a non English speaker came and was setting up the snacks. I missed it. On Sunday, I had to check out at 7:30 am for my flight, so I missed breakfast again, so not able to comment on it. The shower head was broken and need some cleaning of clogged openings. Water was coming in as pin heads..Saturday morning 4:30 am I could hear some noise from the corridor. The bed was neat and clean. I declined the cleaning service, so cannot comment on that. 30 minutes taxi ride - 55euro to the airport on Sunday morning 7:30

The main reason I booked this hotel was because the description said they offered an airport shuttle, but this is not true. When I contacted the hotel to schedule it, they only booked a taxi from a company, and I had to pay for it. If the service is not included, it should not be advertised. Aside from that, the rooms are nice and the property is pleasant. They should update the listing to be more accurate for future guests.

Trata-se de um hotel sem portaria ou serviço de quarto, estilo "faça você mesmo" comuns na europa hoje. Funciona no 2o andar de um prédio. Eles te dão a chave e a senha da porta. O quarto é muito bom, excelente black-out, banheiro bom. As amenidades e comidinhas disponíveis também são muito bons. Fica bem localizado pra quem quiser ir no Parco de La Musica ou no estádio. Bastante longe se o objetivo for a parte histórica do centro. Em um dia a noite meu celular acabou a bateria e fiquei sem a senha. Demorei quase 1 hora até que alguém passe e abrisse. Recomendo anotar em algum lugar.

Für ein kurztrip OK. Güte öffentliche Verkehrsmittelverbindung Bus Station vor Hotel.Frühstuck ist Ok wenn mann am Morgen kein frischen Brot erwartet (stadessen 3 bis 4 Kuchen und süsses gebeck).Leider hat es am morgen mit der Transfehr nicht geklapt ( haben fast der Flug verpasst). Preis ist für die Infrastuktur gerechtferigt.

Great place

Amazing place with amazing hosts. We were lucky to have a parking slot in the yard of the building for little extra charge. The place is very clean and quite. Breakfasts are great with a good choice (yogurts, cheese, ham, eggs, croissants, flakes). Just 10-15 to the subway and 20 minutes to Vatican City. Walkable distance to Colosseum. Very safe neighbourhood. Highly recommended!

Litet guesthouse med 7 rum och liten frukostmatsal. Det låg i ett lugnt bra område och det var inga turister i området. Bra restauranger. Det kändes som man bodde i Rom.

Comfortable room with good continental breakfast

Set in a residential district 20 minutes walk north of Vatican City, this is a reasonably priced guest house with comfortable rooms and decent continental breakfast. But the killer feature is the range of excellent restaurants close by, catering for the local populace rather than tourists, so real Italian food at reasonable prices. Also very close to Stadio Olipico for Six Nations Rugby fans. We really enjoyed our six night stay.
