In the heart of the Prati district, renowned for its many shops, restaurants, bars and ice-cream parlors, the apartment is housed in a noble palace dating back to the early 1900s.
Recently renovated by a well-known Roman interior designer, it consists of a large bedroom, made unique by the indoor whirlpool, and two modern bathrooms with large showers. Complete the property a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a kitchenette. Each room is equipped with a 43 "smart TV and air conditioning system as well as autonomous heating via radiators.
The proximity to the sights makes this apartment particularly attractive. Vatican Museums are 500 meters away, San Pietro Square can be reached in 10 minutes by crossing the ancient hamlet. The metro and buses are only a 5-minute walk away.

We loved everything about our stay here. It is our third time to roam, but our first time staying in Prati; now we would never stay anywhere else. Is the least touristy area we’ve stayed while still being to most everything that Rome has to offer. The apartment very large and very comfortable with ice cold air conditioning. The area is incredibly safe everything about our stay was perfect. I will advise that they did not offer soap for bathing so make sure you bring your own but there is a market directly across the street. Molto bene. Grazie mille

Great apartment and host. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay in Rome. It is close to Vatican, surrounded by lots of dining options and walking distance to the main Rome attractions. Would recommend staying here. The host is wonderful.

Fabulous Roman holiday!Outstanding in every way!

Beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped and conveniently located apartment with a lovely outdoor space. Marzia and Federico are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Having coffee machine, stove and washing machine in our unit made our visit even more relaxing. Many tourist destinations, excellent restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Excellent!!!

The apartment was just as described, cleaned, spacious, had all the necessities ready. Marzia was super helpful, she met us when we arrived and arranged transportation for us twice. The neighborhood is great, walking distance to the vatican, farmacy, markets and restaurants all around the neighborhood. We LOVED the appartment and our 3 day stay in Rome and Florence. We definitely recommended this apartment.

The only place I'll stay in Rome! Perfect in so many ways!!

From its location a stones throw away from the Vatican city to the attentive and friendly service from the moment you are greeted on arrival by Marzia and Federico, this property is a truly memorable experience!! The neighborhood is where you want to stay when visiting Rome... is safe, hip and great for families. 7 minute walk to the Vatican!! The apartments are extremely large (think North American standards) and are beautifully appointed with a number of luxury touches which are all appreciated. The beds are modern, new and extremely comfortable. All the apartments Marzia and Federico manage in their building (they have several) are designed & decorated by a well known Italian architect. The kitchen was top notch including dishwasher, induction stove and washing machine. The terrace (off the master bedroom) is great way to start the day with breakfast or drinks later in the evening adjacent to private courtyard. the Jacuzzi tub was exactly what one need after walking the nearby sights all day.The suites are super quiet with modern windows. The owners have a great knack of being able to sort everything out for you at the drop of a hat whether the finding the best gelato, informal bite to eat, best upmarket meal or where to visit in the day. They arrange all our transportation needs to and from the airport as well perfectly. Cannot recommend more highly. To my American & Canadian friends stay here ... you will not regret it!!!!! We shall return.

Modern and Quaint

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location cannot be beat as we were close to metro and bus stops, grocery and many other shops. The bathrooms were nicely updated and felt like you were in a modern hotel. It was really nice to have an outdoor space. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

What an amazing stay in Rome!

From the moment that we booked with Marzia she worked with us to set up all the logistics of getting to her lovely apartment. She helped us order transportation to the place as well as a taxi to pick us up at the end of our trip. The place was huge, had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The apartment was super clean and we loved the terrace. The bed was very comfortable and it was a quiet neighborhood with a grocery store across the street We also ate several times at Bibi’s right beside our building. It was the perfect location and the taxi stand to get transportation while in Rome was about an eight minute walk. We definitely want to come back and this is the place that we would stay in again. Marzia was the PERFECT hostess.

Fantastic location

Great apartment for staying in Rome!

The apartment was exactly what we needed for staying in Rome. It was so close to the metro so we could easily get to all the sites we were visiting. The host left maps and suggestions for great places to eat. We tried them at least three and she was spot on! We also enjoyed the tub with the jets for feet after long tour day! Highly suggest!

Great Apartment in a Great Location

We enjoyed our stay and plan to return to this location. It is in the relatively quiet Prati neighborhood but everything is easily accessed via bus, metro, taxi and walking.

Perfect Location in Prati

The apartment was as presented, and in a great location. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was fairly quiet for a city. This apartment is close to the Metro. We purchased a one-week ticket which made it convenient to navigate Rome. The Vatican is within walking distance. There also many good restaurants, gelato shops, coffee bars and stores, nearby. We greatly appreciate the taxi arrangement to and from the airport. We would stay here again.

We loved the neighborhood- a little off the beaten path but with cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Quiet at night; lovely terrace, hostess very helpful and easy to reach when needed.

Beautiful apartment in great neighborhood. Directly across the street from a great market with about 10 nice restaurants within a few blocks and 3 gelato places. ApArtment was well taken care of and Mariza was super helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Prati apartment near Vatican

Better than advertised, great location, close to great restaurants, pharmacy, groceries and metro. The host was so lovely and helpful, even arranging for her nephew to take us to Ryder Cup when taxis weren’t available.

Zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Rom

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für einen längeren Aufenthalt - 2 Wochen - gebucht und waren sehr, sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit bei allen kleinen und großen Fragen. Unmittelbar in der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich alle wesentlichen Geschäfte und sehr schöne Lokale. Der Vatikan ist zu Fuß innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, die Altstadt innerhalb von ca. 15 Minuten. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Couldn’t be better!

Clean apartment in a great neighborhood. We were a family of three, and there was ample space. Two big beautiful bathrooms. The air conditioning was wonderful with Rome being so hot. The hosts were wonderful. I’m coming back if I can :-)
