Worst stay I have ever had in Rome. This hotel smells terrible, trying to speak with the management with multiple unreturned messages & their phone number is out of order. Biggest rip off in Rome. Hotels.com should be ashamed to continue to allow a hotel like this destroy their good reputation. I would not stay here again if it was the last place to book a room in Rome. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time & money. Stay any where but here unless you want a terrible stay while enjoying Rome

WARNING - DO NOT BOOK THIS

BE AWARE DO NOT BOOK HERE! This place feels like a SCAM. I booked via Hotels.com for a few days last week during Easter. When I arrived the place feels like it downs not exist. Greeted by a dozens of buttons on an entry buzzer. No answer from the accommodation. They did not respond to my telephone calls. The number just rang out. They did not respond to any messages or emails. And then had to find in a panic another hotel cost more money. Locals told me this place is known for doing this. I have tried to contact the property for a refund as I did not stay there and I’ve heard nothing back. They are avoiding me. Just trying to be helpful to fellow travellers, don’t have to have the painful experience that I did.

La prima sera (ore 17.30....) l’acqua era fredda. Chiamato il referente mi ha detto semplicemente che non riusciva a passare...della serie: affari tuoi. Piccola curiosità: il soffione della doccia è solo di bellezza. Diamo conto di cose buone: lenzuola pulite e clima funzionante.

Es ist kein Hotel sondern eher wie eine WG. Als der Herr im Zimmer neben an telefonierte hat man ihn richtig gehört, daher super dünne Wände. Das bett quietsch bei jede kleine Bewegung. Das Fenster ging nicht richtig zu. Und die Dusche befindet sich mitten im Zimmer. Der Ansprechpartner konnte kein Englisch man könnte sich kaum verständigen. Aber von Sauberkeit her war alles inordnung

共用キッチン付きゲストハウス。

アパートに常駐してる人がいないためスタッフとsmsで連絡取ったりと、鍵の受け渡しに難あり。アパートゲート扉、アパート扉、居室扉と鍵は三つ。セーフティボックスも無いので貴重品も持ち歩く必要あり。長期滞在の男性単身バックパッカー向け。清潔感はあるがシャンプー、石鹸は使い古し。良いところは立地ぐらい。

The owner Fulvio

Owner Fulvio came to our room while we went out to get some drinks in the evening. He literally turned off the AC while the outside temp was >30 c. He opened the window of the bedroom. I found such behavior very rediculous and rude. Maybe it is common for Italians to come to the customer room without permission. My son has multiple mosquito bites due to such action. Of note, we had to stay in a different room for the first night. My son had multiple blistering bites over his tarsal, arms and legs - most likely from bedbugs. Not a good experience.

Non adatto per viaggi di lavoro, per il check-in devi telefonare per poter avere qualcuno nll'appartamento che ti aspetti, anche se la loro flessibilità è buona tra le 12 e le 20, nel caso di orario serale, applicano un supplemento. Colazione su un vassoio fatto trovare su una sedia già al check-in. Una capsula, un cornetto, un succo alla frutta alla pesca ed una monoporzione di nutela. Null'altro è disponibile. Il caffè bisogna farselo nel salottino in comune con l'altra stanza dell'appartamento. Nota positiva è l'area con zona pedonale nella via parallela con ristoranti. Parcheggio non disponibile, area in cui è quasi impossibile di giono e difficilissimo di sera.

Pessima la colazione che viene fatta trovare in camera al check-in: una cialda per farsi il caffè in cucina, un cornetto vuoto confezionato, un succo di frutta alla pesca. Il tutto su un vassoio. Nessuna privacy essendo le due camere molto vicine. Lenzuola bucate.

Stay for 6 nights at the hotel. Great location right near the Vatican. A few things about this hotel. If you arrive late or after check in time there is a late fee. So make sure to read the fine prints. The hotel is more like an Air BnB, the neighbors from upstairs must have kids because it was annoying with the kids running around and the noises, it was a little challenging sleeping in the middle of the day. I rented out both rooms in the hotel. The red room had a broken shower head which we told one of the cleaners there it needed to be fixed asap, nothing was done. In that same room the AC unit was leaking water the whole time and nothing was done also. Now the most annoying part was the staff coming in and out of the common area. I think that hotel must have been the storage unit for them, but we would come back from a long day of touring and a random person would be in the common area charging his credit card machine, like bro go to an office or a cafe shop and so that somewhere else. If i rented the whole space i want the whole place to me and my guest. But he would just sit there and do paper work. I just thought it was very uncomfortable because I couldn't feel comfortable. What if i wanted to walk around naked which I do, I couldn't do it because I did not know who would be in and out of the hotel. When they say breakfast is included its just a croissant and an instant coffee with nutella or jam spread. Great location staff needs to find another storage and office.

Für eine Nacht sicherlich ok

Hotel mit zwei Zimmern ist definitiv die falsche Bezeichnung. Es ist ein Apartment mit zwei Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich. Das "Frühstück" sehr einfach zuammengestellt. -> 1 Croissant, Zwieback, Nutella, Marmelade und eine Kaffekapsel. Alles aus der Verpackung. Die Koffer kann man am Abreisetag leider nach dem Check out nicht dort stehen lassen. Alles in allem leider etwas enttäuschend....
