I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff are extremely friendly and nice. The breakfast is great. The location in prime, very safe, and quiet at night. Close proximity to all the main attractions (10 min taxi). Bed was very comfortable and AC was powerful. I highly suggest you book here.

No kitchen facilities for the guest. Breakfast on the website was 7 30am but if was 8.00 which did not suit our early programme. We left without breakfast on the first morning. The hotel facilities included laundry service and airport shuttle. None of the service was there. However the cleanliness was excellent.

Enjoyable stay

Travelling solo, easy journey from the airport via train to Trastevere then a local tram and once I contacted Lorenzo to locate the apartment block it was then an easy check in. The room was super clean, very comfortable and quiet, with a newly fitted bathroom. Each breakfast time Lorenzo and Sophia spent time to chat to all their guests in every language. Breakfast was continental with fresh fruit each day. This small bed and breakfast is very friendly and welcoming. The cafes and bars of Trastevere are a 5-10 min walk away. Trams to the centre of Rome are close by but it is also a short 15 min walk to the river. I felt well looked after, thank you Lorenzo and Sophia

Great clean B&B for Exploring Rome - Amazing Hosts

I stayed for 3 weeks at this awesome B&B when I moved to Rome for a short 3 month work contract. I needed some where close to metro and train but close to a lively Roman neighborhood. This is the spot. I would recommend for what i needed or a shorter visit to Rome. It is walking distance to all the sites if you are reasonably fit yet in a less touristy location that is much quieter yet 5 mins walk to the great neighborhoods of Trastevere or Tesstachio where night life restaurants etc are a plenty. As for the rooms. They are very modern with all you need for a comfortable stay. They are kept exceptional clean and have AC and Heating. The Wifi is at times a bit patchy but it does the job on the whole. The bathroom is great and the only small criticism is the shower is a bit tight if your 6 foot! The couple who host you are amazing. Right from when i booked I was emailed and offered to have a transfer booked which was cheaper than the taxi set fare. Each day i had breakfast which was very well done with plenty of treats to select from. I got so much local advice from them. When I had some trousers to be repaired they even ran them to a store and picked them up for me. They where ultimate hosts. This is a great quiet spot if you want a base to explore Rome and prefer a more homely yet private and modern space to a hotel.

Komfortabel, sauber und modern eingerichtet

Ich war jetzt das 3.Mal in Trastevere und von allen Unterkünften hat es mir hier am besten gefallen. Lorenzo und seine Frau Sonia waren äußerst freundlich und herzlich und haben uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Ihre Gastfreundschaft war herzlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

A great hotel in the best suburb of Rome!

We arrived and were greeted by the lovely Lorenzo. The vibe was amazing straight away; clean, bright and spacious. Lorenzo showed us to our room and asked if we wanted him to show us how to get everywhere (by foot of course)! After walking around Rome for the afternoon, we slept so well as the hotel is just outside of the bustling Trastevere yet walking distance to Rome attractions. The continental breakfast on offer was yummy! We had pastries, yoghurt, muesli, fruit and toast and a cappucino. I think what made me really love this hotel is how lovely Lorenzo and Sonia are. We returned to eat panini one day and after we finished, Sonia bought out fruit for us. Also it is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in (and I am a clean FREAK)!

It was quite hard to find the hotel at first. We had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 7:00am, there was no one around to ask for coffee or breakfast (even though at the price of 140 euros, it said breakfast was included). And finally, when walking back at night it was a little bit sketchy.
