We had a fantastic stay at Trevi Palace Hotel. We had a very late check-in but instructions for self check-in were very clear and we had no issues accessing our room. We are a family of 5 and the family room was very spacious and clean, the ensuite was very spacious. We truly appreciated the air conditioning and looked forward to coming back to our room after visiting attractions in the hot weather. The location was fantastic, with Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and the Colosseum within easy walking distance. Getting to The Vatican was super easy by public transport too, a direct bus from outside the hotel took 25mins. All members of staff were really helpful and approachable and kept us well stocked with tea, coffee and milk for our room! Breakfast staff were super friendly and made eggs and cappuccino on request and our rooms were cleaned/tidied every day. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the Trevi Palace Hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at the Trevi Palace Hotel. The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful, especially Martino at the front desk. Our room was perfect for what we needed and enough space to get ready for the day, along with an amazing location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome.

The lobby staff were super friendly and helpful, but we would not stay here again due to the portable AC in our kids’ room. It smelled terrible, didn’t cool their room well, and the plug was faulty. The ductless AC unit in the main bedroom worked well, however, and for couples staying here the shower window was pretty cool. Additionally, we stayed 3 nights and they never changed our towels, even when we put them on the floor. The saving grace was the location which was a short walk to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain.

Location is fantastic... walkable to all the sights you want to visit in Rome, and just a short bus ride from either train stations. Staff, especially Martino at the front reception desk, is super friendly and helpful. Although there is air conditioning, it's not very powerful so when we went recently (late June during the heat wave) it was barely cooling us down... but better than outside! Mini fridge also wasn't that cold. For the price range in this area, this is a solid boutique hotel.

The property was very clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and the location was great! We were within a 10-15 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. We were also close to great restaurants and a delicious gelato place.

Stayed here for 3 nights and the location is perfect. Far enough to avoid tourist trips but close enough to walk to everything (Colosseum, Trevi, Spanish Steps). Bus stop right outside to take you to Vatican or the Roma Termini train station. Room was cleaned every day and balcony was cute.

Wonderfully friendly staff and great location for seeing the main sites in the centre of Rome. They were happy to store our suitcases after check-out so that we could collect later. We stayed in the annex towards the back of the building and found it very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was wonderful! Breakfast was excellent. A wide variety. AC was fine. They kept it at about 76F, which is a little warm for us, but we were able to open the window for some fresh air. Will definitely stay there again.
