Vatican Area House, large, cozy and bright apartment

Vatican Area House, an elegant modern design apartment, ideal for those who want to stay in the heart of Rome in an exclusive and independent way. In the characteristic "Borgo Pio" district, among small streets with a Renaissance charm in which restaurants, clubs and ancient artisan shops abound, it is strategically located between the Vatican City and Castel Sant 'Angelo and offers the freedom of a comfortable private home in the city center.

All the main historical and archaeological sites can be visited on foot.

The whole apartment is at your disposal and can accommodate up to 7 guests.

IT IS COMPOSED OF:
- 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with fully equipped bathroom with shower in front of, conditioner.
- 1 room with double bed and ensuite fully equipped bathroom with shower, conditioner.
- 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed for two guests, TV, conditioner.
- The equipped kitchen is complete with fridge, microwave, washer machine, 4-burner gas stove, dining table, Italian coffee maker, kettle, crockery and all utensils for cooking and eating.

THE SERVICES INCLUDED ARE:
- Air conditioning, hot and cold water, electricity, gas, heating.
- Free broadband Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
- 40 inch TV, washer machine, clotheshorse, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
- Bed, bath and kitchen linen, blankets.
- Courtesy products for the first needs.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift.

It does not have private parking but along the streets near the building there are free parking and others for a fee. At 80 meters a guarded garage for a fee. I'm at your disposal for further information.

TRANSFERS: On request we book private transfers to / from the airports.

CHECK-IN from 2:00 pm.
CHECK-OUT within 10:00 am.
Please to let me know your arrival time as soon as possible to give me the time necessary to organize your welcome in the best way.

I remind you that for 2 guests a double bed is prepared, for 3 to 4 guests, two double beds, for the fifth guest the single bed and, according to law, exclusively for the sixth and seventh guest the sofa bed. If wish to sleep in separate beds, kindly make the request in advance, to prepare the extra beds accordingly. Extra costs related to laundry for sheets and blankets will be applied: € 10.00 for each bed for the entire stay.

I remind you the MANDATORY TOURIST TAX REQUESTED BY THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROME of € 3. 50 per person per night (excluding children under 10 years) to be paid upon arrival.

Vatican Area House is located in the characteristic "Rione Borgo Pio", a small and ancient neighborhood very popular with Romans and tourists. 4 small parallel alleys: Borgo Vittorio, Borgo Pio, Borgo Sant'Angelo and Borgo Angelico that run close to the historic "Passetto", an elevated pedestrian walkway about 800 meters long that connects the Vatican with Castel Sant'Angelo. Purpose of the "Passetto di Borgo", was to allow the Popes to take refuge inside the Castle in case of danger and at the same time have a bastion that would allow better control of the district. Fantastic and suggestive corners, historic buildings, squares with wonderful fountains. There are still some old artisans, among the many local restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pubs that offer a pleasant daytime and nighttime hospitality. There are also supermarkets and grocery stores as well as shopping areas.
In 10 minutes of walk from "Borgo", as Romans call it, you can go shopping in one of the 2 most popular shopping areas, "Via Cola di Rienzo", perfect for walking, shopping and stopping along the way for a tea or a beer.

Thanks to his strategic location, it is possible to walk to all the main attractions of the Eternal City.
"Ottaviano" Metro Station is just a few minutes away, as are the bus stops and the shuttle stop for the Leonardo Da Vinci airport.
