"Welcome in Spanish Steps" is a holiday home located in Rome on Via Sistina, in a 17th century building.
The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the 4th floor reached by a large lift up to 4 people with luggage. The surface is 100 square meters. and has a capacity that can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a living room, 2 double bedrooms, one of which can be double if needed. The bathrooms are 3 of which one inside a room. A dishwasher and a washing machine are available to customers.
"Welcome in Spanish Steps" is suitable for families in general and with children, groups of friends, couples; It can not accommodate pets even if small and is for non-smokers only.
The furniture is new and modern in style, the doors and windows are completely in solid wood, the floor is with parquet in the sleeping area and granite in the living area.
In the apartment there is an independent heating system, air conditioning in all rooms, WI-FI connection for a fast internet connection.
In the living room there is a wall kitchen that is very functional and well equipped to have meals at home. The table with 4 chairs and the sofa in front of the television allow you to enjoy a well-deserved relaxation after a long and tiring day around the city. Also in the kitchen guests have at their disposal an electric oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, water kettle, coffee maker, iron, etc.

When you arrive, the owner will provide you with all the information regarding the apartment such as kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, heating, etc.
TOURIST TOURIST TAX
Upon arrival at the apartment the owner will ask for the payment of the Tourist Tax (local tax of the Municipality of Rome) in cash of € 6 per person per day.
For children under 10 years the tax is not due.
