Loved that breakfast was included, and it was in a good location. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The only thing it could’ve used was a microwave.

Staff was outstanding and promptly answered all my questions asked through WhatsApp. Knowing they were there to help if needed removed a lot of stress. We messaged when we arrived early and were welcomed in right away to leave our luggage until the room was ready. The room was really nice and spacious. Would have been nice to have a dresser for clothes but the luggage open closet sufficed. King size bed was an absolute treat! I would definitely stay there again.

Clean small room, a but outside of Rome but close to Vatican museum (25 mins walk). The property has very thin walls and I could hear everything people in the next room were talking, even sounds of walking and flushing were audible, which made it very hard to sleep. They do provide everyday cleaning which is nice.

Do not stay here!!! I found the premises to be unsatisfactory, the shower is extremely small and the walls are very thin. You are able to hear the people beside and above you as if they are in the room with you. The staff was very nice and kind. I checked out three days in advance due to the discrepancies and was told I could not get any of my monies back. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED

Very small room... It was confortable, but the hotel is more like a private flor separated in single rooms. The breakfast is served in the room and there is just a couple options to select, there is no space to eat either.
