I arrived late on July 12 after my flight. When I checked in, the front desk told me the room I was assigned was the only room available until the general manager came in the next morning. Unfortunately, the room was not in acceptable condition. There was mold in the crevices of the bathtub tile, which I ended up scrubbing myself. I have The room was also very musty, which made it difficult for me to stay there. In addition, someone near my room was smoking a significant amount of marijuana, which further affected my breathing. Despite multiple attempts throughout the week to reach the general manager I was not issued a refund . Only stayed a couple hours and was charged for four nights . Dirtiest most unfriendly motel in Detroit . Do not recommend.

The hotel services below the expectation. Water is always unavailable in the room, and they only provide upon request. The coffee pods dont get renewed until you ask multiple times.
