"I loved the juicer machine that was present at breakfast, that was a great way to get your health kick in the morning. The coffee was also excellent. The availability of drinks and snacks at the bar was excellent. The location was very good, close enough to the town but far enough away to be quiet at night. The top of the flat, square showerhead in the bathroom needed a good dusting however. It would have been nice if there had been a coffee machine in the room or tea making facilities, especially for the price we paid for the room. The cleaning staff came every day and cleaned the room, they'd often have it done between the time we left for breakfast then came back to the room after breakfast, there'd be a nicely cleaned room which was great."

"The highlight of the property is the beautiful pool area, perfectly situated right next to the lake. The restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was truly outstanding. The hotel itself is a bit of a mixed experience. The main entrance feels somewhat dated, and while the rooms are comfortable and have a nice layout, the furnishings are fairly basic. That said, the incredible pool, lakeside setting, delicious food, and spectacular breakfast more than made up for those shortcomings. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily return for the beautiful outdoor atmosphere and relaxing setting."

"This hotel has a great location. Very close to Lake Garda and within easy reach of public transport and the ferry. The staff are outstanding, very helpful and extremely friendly. The property is quite dated, but very clean as is reflected in the rooms. The air conditioning was minimal making it hard to sleep most nights. The greatest negative for us was the noise. From 6am doors were slamming and the volume of noise increased as housekeeping started to clean at 8am. Their supplies were kept in cupboards outside of guest rooms and there was constant loud talking again door slamming and moving of furniture. The walls are paper thin, therefore you can hear everything from the rooms on either side of you. We enjoyed our stay,but left feeling sleep deprived 😴"

"Scrupulously clean and well maintained in a great location. Underground parking was a definite bonus in the hot weather. Excellent breakfast buffet spread. I only had 1 meal in the restaurant on an evening which unfortunately was quite disappointing, I was hoping that as a Thai branded hotel the Thai food would be superb, not the case on this occasion."
